OBS Integration

Description
Allows you to automatically control OBS from Yomi Hustle.

Requires an OBS python script that can be gotten from here: https://gist.github.com/steven4547466/30aeaecd5977830f105224e85a5b25e8

Controls:
- Yomi Ranked integration
- Switch scenes when in lobby and when in game
- Set text of the players' names and characters (with more options when in ranked, like rating and division)

Hey, I'm unsure what to input into p2/p1 source. Or if the text input should be "name" or "{name}"?
