There is also one in Room 3 saying "I wish for anything"

I'm guessing the ghost can also throw them around, because the one in right wing basement was not there the first time I looked, but the ghost was in room #68 :D I went in a second time and the wish was there.

@Noctunaliss - It is feasible on friendly ghost, my friends and I did them all with friendly ghost on. If you do it with a friend, the person who picks them up first will get the journal update. We did find there are times where doing the wishes with other people will cause them to not show up.

@MaxMan3 - You have to leave the map for them to show up. Make sure you do it solo.

I tried looking for them with a friend, on friendly ghost. Even though we picked up a couple from those specific locations, they didn't show up in the journal, nor after we left. Is it feasible on friendly ghost mode at all?
