bus horn bell sound (only beta)

Changed the bus horn, now using the Citadis bell.
like the Paris bus.
將公車的喇叭聲改成了citadis的鈴聲。

This update is primarily for gathering user feedback.

New Feature
When you press the horn button, you'll hear a double bell sound followed by the standard horn sound.
You can release the horn button at any time to stop all sounds.

If I find that the majority of players are unhappy with the new feature, I will change it back.
