How to windowing GTA4

open ur folder (C/D):\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV

You first create a text document named commandline in your GTA4 installation directory

OPEN commandline.TXT Then enter

-width 1600
-height 900
-windowed
then save
The next time you open the game, it's windowed

delete the commandline.TXT to de-select fullscreen but u can try alt+ enter things according to the next buddy

all i have to do is press alt + Enter to toggle between fullscreen and windowed. All of that extra stuff is not necessary
