Description

Victoria Plus is a project of mine that is aiming to introduce new content and mechanics to the game, in a fashion similar to that of an unofficial DLC.

These mechanics are not limited to ones that contribute to gameplay, but also ones from Toolbox-Type-Mods from other Paradox games, such as the Hearts of Iron 4 State Transfer Tool.

This mod is part of the Victoria Plus Addons series of mods
Victoria Plus Addons, while being considered part of Victoria Plus, can be used independently as individual additions to the game.

Furthermore, it means they will always work with Victoria Plus, and be maintained alongside it.

This mod adds the well-known State Transfer Tool UI from Hearts of Iron 4 to Victoria 3.
Thus, the main functions are:

Marking all States of a Country
Marking all unincorporated States of a Country
Unmarking all States
Incorporating marked States
Claiming marked States
Transferring marked States
Transferring marked States and incorporating them into their new owner
Listing all marked States of the currently selected Country

What mods is this compatible with?

It should be compatible with most mods, unless they modify the States UI or the game-speed UI

For fellow modders:

I don't mind if my techniques/scripts get used by others because I love seeing the modding community flourish, but please do give credit when using effects or files from my mods! :3

guys I made the mod over 2 years ago and haven't updated it since then, that is why it's crashing lol
I don't play or mod vic 3 anymore, so I will not fix it, but any of you are free to make a fix for it

Clicking the social interface (F9) will cause the game to crash because the social interface added in version 1.8 is not defined in template information_panels. I checked the game's error log and found that this will cause a trigger of an unspecified type to try to use an invalid country scope object.
Although it took me an afternoon to understand the syntax of Victoria 3's gui, the solution to this bug is very simple. You only need to open the Victoria launcher, find this mod and click the open file location in the lower right corner, then find the file at this location, F:\steam\steamapps\workshop\content\529340\2981774503\gui\in_game_hud.gui, and add a society_panel = {} under the template information_panels definition to run the mod normally.
