让库页岛与外东北相连而非连接到北海道，各位东亚地图作者可以随意使用我的MOD。
Let Outer Manchuria connect to Kuye Island(AKA Sakhalin Island), all East Asian map's authors can use my MOD at will.

@Jeffrey Sin 港口要在map_data文件里修改，跟这个不是一个文件。你可以自己修改。
