I use that instead of private lobby cuz you can be in a public lobby by yourself and only let in people you want in your lobby by a password. In a private lobby there is things you cant do. I believe like use the terrobyte. GTA did get alot better when they started allowing you do alot more stuff in a private lobby. Like selling product from businesses.
