Replaces l4d2_intro.bik with full length Blue Archive's 4th PV (JP version)

(these instructions were copied from fanec's "Valve Intro But It's Coach" addon page and slightly edited)

To install, you will need GCFScape

1) Subscribe to the mod
2) Run Left 4 Dead 2 to download the addon to your device
3) Locate "Left 4 Dead 2 \ left4dead2 \ addons \ workshop" then find the addon in this folder (file name is 2932749030)
4) Using GCFScape open this addon and drag the file "l4d2_intro.bik" to "Left 4 Dead 2 \ left4dead2 \ media"
5) Confirm to replace it
