Proper City Names

Description
Enjoy playing the Russian Empire without having to cringe at the map. Fixed the names of several cities (now for 1.7), including:
Kyiv --> Kiev
Kharkiv --> Kharkov
Chernihiv --> Chernigov
Mykolaiv --> Nikolaev

And many, many others!
