OMORI Basil Pet

Replaces the mini minotaur pet with Basil from OMORI. Also changes the Tartar Sauce and Pet buff names and tooltips. Resprites made by me.

And if it wasn't that clear, he is using his garden shears to fly around.

Things I am not happy with:
•His walking animation is a bit rigid
•This mod unintentionally renames "Eye Of Cthulhu" to "EyeOfCthulhu"
•The camera sprite is a bit small. This may not be able to be fixed
•The buff's description should probably be in quotation marks, as it is said by Basil when you meet him in the watermelon room

All of the above will be fixed in a future update.
