Congaing Scout for Jockey - TF2

Description
Replaces the Jockey with Scout that is doing the conga taunt from Team Fortress 2, comes with animations from TF2, LOD models & voice lines.

Credit to Valve for making Team Fortress 2 & Scout.

God damn so funny and scary. just hearing a scout in dark going " CONGA HELL YEAH" and then he jumps you laughing. hahaha!
