Tech Adept - Physical Vivisector setup

A 'Herdsman' Tech Adept constantly on the move outmaneuvering mobs & hazards while deploying Voltageist turret & targeting bosses. Alas, the Target Designator skill of Plasma Caliver Beta makes the Tech Adept a sitting duck when designating targets. There is no morality relic equipped but Vivisector weapon level matters.

Intro:
  • Tech Adept (TA) deploys Voltageist turret (VT) with Amplify aura granting attack speed buff for constructs, designates bosses & destroys structural targets.
  • TA gains energy shield by spending data-flux when summoning constructs granted by relic enchant of inoculator & from attribute.
  • Vivisectors (VV) are periodically re-summoned to refresh the Omniscient constructs perk granting +66% damage bonus for twenty seconds.

  • Three piece doctrine, +70% physical damage bonus, affects constructs.
  • Four piece doctrine (Two sets), +125% physical damage bonus, affects constructs.

  • Technomartyr girdle for when in enrage state enemies within 5 metres are feared.
  • Armour, Technomartyr Vestment of leadership for construct offense & health stats.
  • Inoculator for shield charge gained for every point of data-flux spent.
  • Primary weapon with 3 slots for additional construct & with relic enchant of up to 11% damage bonus for every nearby construct.
  • Signums with chance to add general vulnerability when target gets a debuff effect & damage taken to energy shield is reflected back to the attacker.
Secondary weapon & signums:
  • Plasma Caliver Beta with Target Designator (TD) skill for +50% damage for constructs attacking the beam's target. (Inflict bleeding on critical hit relic enchant apply DoT with heat aura when TD).
  • Signums with chance to add general vulnerability when target gets a debuff effect & damage taken to energy shield is reflected back to the attacker. (Critical hit chance enchants on both signums for stacking enrage tokens).
Passives:
  • Max out DoT.
  • Warding Electoos in Construct defense tree is not necessary. (Damage reduction from attribute, enchant on modules & girdle will raise SDR of VT to 80 cap & VV to 79).


Attributes & perks:
  • Max out Logic & Mindlink, remaining points into Bionics.
  • Mechasapient & Omniscient Constructs.
  • Blessing of Saint Victorious for higher tier pushing.
  • Stride of the Blessed for lower tier farming speedruns.
Constructs & modules:
  • VT Amplify aura grants +66% attack speed & cooldown recovery rate for constructs. Item level 30 is adequate at around +18.


  • All VV are armed with the Claw weapon & each level beyond 100 adds +10 bonus damage.
  • VV deal damage, apply debuffs & DoT.

  • The Fabricatus scatter field is practical for knockback & knockdown against melee thrash mobs but enemy DoTs & mission suffer hazard can trigger repetitive explosions. (It can be fatal if caught in the blast).
Gameplay:
  • Begin by summoning all VV then switch to secondary weapon (heat aura) & rack up enrage tokens to around 5 stacks or more.
  • Switch back to primary weapon (+125% physical damage bonus), periodically re-summon or re-position VV.
  • Drop VT on mobs to knockback & knockdown thrash mobs & to buff VV.
  • Switch to secondary weapon to TD villains & bosses.
Update:
Revision 2023 Feb 13:
  • Upgraded items to higher level - Eye implant, Armour, Primary weapon & Construct modules.
  • Rerolled enchant on VV 2nd Offensor modules - Damage bonus against shocked, slowed enemies to Life drain for melee skills.

VT buff within the aura.

Does VT buff outside the aura ? From the wording of the spell. The aura gives 10% attack speed to allies, but the 66% attackspeed and CD seem's to be unlimited range ? Can anyone confirm ?
