God's Grace 蒙受神恩者 - Animation Overhaul & Hairs

Description
I dug up this old thing and made some changes.

Of course, they are now compatible with the Animation Overhaul mod.

Additionally, I've fulfilled a request or two by adding compatibility with a wide variety of extra hair mods. In case you aren't subscribed to everything on the list, I won't add them as required mods, but instead will include links below.

Finally, some changes to the race's details. The mod page describes them as "succubi" numerous times, so their race has been translated to "Succubus" in the description for English readers.
Furthermore, according to the lore description, this race is not well received in the Holy nation. As such, it has been removed from the human family and added as a separate race. Now they can enjoy the persecution they always should have!

Maybe so for you, but that error message irks me to the n-th degree^^. And just throwing out the hairs didn't help any, itz still acting up.

The hair mods are not all required for the mod to function as intended, but they are still dependencies due to how this mod was built.

What you suggest, removing changes related to relevant hairs, might work. I am accustomed to having one error message on startup due to other hair mods, so I barely notice at this point. Nothing in the game is harmed by their absence.

You write in the description the hair mods aren't requirements, but I get error messages when I open your mod in FCS, and I see a bunch of INVALIDREFs when I look at the changes in FCS. Can I just throw out the refs to the hair mods and be done with it?

I may add them in back later, if or when I get to the hair mods eventually, for now I just don't wanna get bugged with error messages when I mess with the mod in FCS.

That is completely fair, don't worry. I will either see whether I can reduce the required mods down to the original "God's Grace" and yours, or take what I learned from editing the FCS and start my mod from the Ground up without yours as a base.

Thank you very much for your time :)

I'm sorry. I hate to refuse your request, but I must. If you copy one mod and add more things to it, it means subscribers will likely unsubscribe from the old one and migrate to the new one. This is still an active mod.

Yes, exactly. I am worried that the mod I am working on will be overwhelming if it has a lot of dependencies listed and needed at once, that's why I asked if I can incorporate your mod into mine to at least have some of the fundamentals (except for the original God's Grace mod) baked into it.

I misread your message. So you built it from this mod? Probably best to make it dependent.
Weisschen Jan 4, 2024 @ 8:03am
Just to be sure, but you allow it as long as I link to this mod in my description? Of course! I would have done that anyway :)

This mod has a surprising number of subscribers. It might save you some work to omit any compatibilities already covered in this one and just provide a link leading here. If you're willing, I'll also include a link to your mod in this one's description.

@Gevurah I have been working on an Redux/Extended version of the "God's Grace" Mod, adding compatibility with more face mods, stats balancing, custom game start and more. The thing is that I started working on it not from the base mod but from yours and while I should be able to simply make it a dependency it would probably be easier and more save to access if I incorporated your mod into it completely. Would that be okay for you? I will of course credit you!
