How to obtain Born in the 80's

At first I was following guides which said to listen to the radio station for 5 minutes each till the commercial appears but it didn't work out for me. I got really frustrated after spending almost an hour just listening to the radio. But then I just didn't care about it and simply switched the radio station every 10 minutes ( sometimes I didn't even do it) When I was doing the wheelie achievement and then got out of the bike I was stunned by the born in the 80's achievement acquiered. The strategy is really simple - just play the game, change the radio station every 10 minutes or even more. Don't try to get it in the beginning of the game because you may get frustrated and bored. Just enjoy the game and keep your radio turned on.

I did wheelie achievement right in front of the Ocean View hotel on the beach. Take the pcg motorycle which you can see on the screenshot and hit W and then CTRL then you have to press w many times ( not hold) Maybe I'll create guide how to get this achievement

The best way to get this achievement is making 100 taxi fares and simultaneously listening to every radio one by one (if you want to get 100% completion)
