◈Blue wavy lines overlayed over a white sky to represent wind that powers the city.
◈A dark blue rectangle at the bottom representing the water that surrounds island which LaRousse City sits.
◈The Trapezoid representing the Battle Tower, the central powerplant where wind is converted to power.
◈The Quebecois Fleur-de-lis representing the cities french name, & to symbolize it as a ex colony of Kalos.
