LOCKHEED MARTIN F-22 Raptor

Description
Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor fighter jet. Designed for air dominance. High speed and high maneuverability. With its precision guns it provides dogfighting advantage, while homing missiles take care of the targets from longer range. It has two seats, all important systems are available from both.

There are some seats around the aircraft to help the pilot get around more easily. Check them with the connect tool.

CONTROLS:

- 1,2 (mouse button 1 and 2):
- 1: FIRE with selected weapon system
- 2: (hold): increase thrust
- 2: (tap and then hold): decrease thrust
- 1,2 (tap both at the same time): stabilizer (roll), turns off after leveling out, or the pilot presses A or D controls. Yellow indicator light.
-1,2 (tap both at the same time twice): stabilizer (pitch), turns off when pilot taps 1 and 2 at the same time twice again. Blue indicator light.
-1,2 (hold) switches from roll turning to yaw turning (useful for small corrections).

- 3: engine on/off (the turbofans automatically turn off if the pilot sets the thrust level too low).

-4 (canopy mode selector): when the pilot gets seated the plane automatically closes the canopy. By pressing 4 the pilot can reopen it while seated. Additional function: when 4 is turned on in both seats the canopy stays closed no matter if the pilot is Seated or not (the aircraft looks better that way).
If the canopy gets stuck (happens after crash or hard landing) the pilot needs to update it (by placing a block or clicking on it with the paint tool).

- In the front seat: changes seat position so the pilot can see through the floor of the aircraft in first person mode for better situational awareness. Pressed once: goes down and stays fixed. Pressed twice: the seat changes position based on the camera angle of the pilot. Pressed three times: resets to original position.
- In the back seat it is a placeholder (no functions).

-6 taxi mode (moving on the ground, freezes avionics). Also works as a groundbrake in the landing process.

-7 (landing gear) The landing gear retracts and extends automatically, (based on altitude), but for quick landing it can be slow, so the pilot can extend the gear by pressing 7 (resets on the ground). Also, if the FPS drops too low, extending the landing gear can help.

-8 (supermaneuverability): It is recommended that the pilot binds this to a mouse button (for convenience). This function makes turning and pitching more aggressive (at higher speeds).

-9 Fire mode selection:
- Not pressed (no indicator): no fire mode selected
- Pressed once: (red indicator): guns selected (camera controlled, lasers help with targeting [needs free camera to work]) FIRST PERSON mode ins recommended (in the front seat)!
Press 1 to shoot!
- pressed twice (purple indicator): aims for the closest tracker or player (if does not work, turn it on and off)
Press 1 to shoot!
- pressed three times (yellow indicator): homing missile mode (if there are missiles loaded). Make sure to pitch up when firing in order to not blow up the plane.
Press 1 to shoot!
- Pressed four times (black indicator): placeholder for future upgrades (no functions).

-10 communicates with the homing missiles in the air, if they are making circles around the target, it breaks their course, so they can re-engage. The pilot may press it multiple times to achieve a hit.

MISSILES:

- missiles are not included (check my workshop for them)
-[NON-STEALTH CONFIGURATION]: weld the sticking up bit of the missile to the black blocks under the wings (3 per wing)
-[STEALTH CONFIGURATION]: put the plane on the lift, stand directly under the arrow (facing towards the back of the plane) and aim a bit in front of its tip. The missile's hologram must appear INSIDE the plane and INLINE with the arrow. (The hologram can appear on both sides of the arrow, but do not weld it there).
