SAM Admin Mod | Job Bans Module

An addon that adds SAM-based player job banning.
Includes temp banning and perm banning. To perm ban, leave length blank.

Example usage:
Assuming 9 is the job index of Hobo, gotten through !jobslist
!jobban player 1d 9 -- Bans the player from the job for a day.
!jobunban player 9 -- Unbans the player from the job.
!resetjobbans player -- Reset the job bans of the player.
!jobslist -- List all jobs and their indexes.

Also includes steam ID banning, unbanning, and resetting.
I'm aware there's a DarkRP command for this, but I wanted a SAM one.
