To acquire this achievement, the player get their media attention ranking to "Stuff of Legends". We take a tank and start creating chaos (we earn 6 stars). From time to time, you can drive the tank into the garage of your house, wait for the gate to close, then pick up the repaired tank and continue the chaos. The trophy drops out at 2000 radio rating (the last item in the statistics).

• Grand Theft Auto

To acquire this achievement, the player must complete all four car lists of the Sunshine Autos Import Garage.

The Sunshine Autos Import Garage is a side mission for the Sunshine Autos asset, which is located underground within the A+B Auto garage which is near the Vice Street Racer race selection map, to the right when traveling down the main Sunshine Autos ramp. The garage becomes available for importing vehicles after Sunshine Autos is purchased by the player. The garage will only open when you arrive at the door with a needed car on the current list and the garage becomes inaccessible when all lists have been completed. Four lists to complete of wanted vehicles will be posted to the right of the garage door and each vehicle imported successfully will redline that list. Completing the first list will acquire the asset to progress through the story, award a prize vehicle in the showroom and provide income. Completion of all four lists is required to achieve 100% completion.

To acquire this achievement, the player must get their criminal rating to the Butcher rating. The Criminal Rating is a rating level in all games in the 3D Universe based on the criminal activities of the player. To acquire this achievement, the player must get their criminal rating to the Godfather rating.

The easiest method for earning this achievement is to play the Vigilante mode using the helicopter that spawns at Fort Baxter Air Base. The mode has an unlimited number of levels that progressively earn the player more and more money with each level. After about an hour of persistent gameplay, the player should be around level 150 and earning nearly $1,000,000 per level. Checking the Stats menu will also show that the Criminal Rating is growing exponentially. Around level 200, the player should earn the achievement for reaching 100,000 Criminal Rating.

100% - Street Races

Vice Street Racer is a street/drag race side mission available in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City provided by A+B Auto. The races become available after the player purchases the Sunshine Autos car showroom.

To start a race, the player must go down into the lower part of the building and enter the pink cylinder to choose from up to six races. In order to enter a race the player must have sufficient funds. Each race has a different participation fee. After winning each race the player will receive the money from each competitor. So if the entry fee is $200 the reward will be $800.
