Within each level row, states the ROUGH estimate of the kill count required in order to receive an A rating on that map, for ease of use.

Yes, you are required to finish every single map in this list to complete the achievement.

2. Update the spreadsheet accordingly as you reference/work on your save file for the achievements.

is there an easy way to do "get xxx KO with storm rush"? All characters maxes out and have best weapons, I rarely hit enemy generals enough to trigger storm rush
