Utopia Abundance for Galactic Empire (PROTOTYPE!)

Main mod updated to 3.7.2.So better to download and use it rather than this prototype

THIS IS PROTOTYPE OF MY OTHER MOD, IT WON'T RECEIVE ANY UPDATES.
I thought making entirely new living standart isn't possible so published it, but no.So look for my other mod with New living standart for imperial authorities + New resolution for Galactic Empire, connected with this living standart.




This mod allows for Galactic Empire have Utopian Abundance species living conditions, except Megacorp GA.Also utopian abundance will be open for imperial authorities.

Mod must be latest in load order.Now i fixed everything must work even in heavily modded client if latest in load order.

Disclaimer: Mod will change consumer goods upkeep for Specialists to +3 and Rulers to +5.Unfourtunately due to hardcoded stellaris part i simply cannot change upkeep ONLY for Galactic Empire or Imperial authority.So if you planning to play egalitarian empire better to turn off this mod.


Explanation why changed upkeep - because even in "good" authoritary monarchy higher classes would demand higher wealth, not equal.
