Introduction:

Achievement Breakdown: (49)
Story Related: (14)
Secondary Objectives: (15)
Collectibles: (10)
Slay: (4)
Miscellaneous: (6)

We can complete 100% of all Achievements on a single playthrough of the game; there is at least one Achievement that will require reloading a previous Save to see two different endings to the first Act. There are no Achievements related to game Difficulty.

Saints Row gives an interesting Upgrade system where we can purchase varies abilities & enhancements for our Character. Once we reach the higher Ranks between 40-50, we can start unlocking Upgrades that essentially make us immune to all types of damage as well as giving us infinite ammo for all Weapons. This basically “breaks the game” & makes unlocking Achievements/progression much much faster. There are 80 Collectibles to find, however we can also purchase an Upgrade that makes all their locations appear on our Map taking away a lot of tedium.

What will take us the longest to chip away at is completing all 41 Challenges for the You’re My Hero! Achievement. These Challenges are almost like mini-Achievements; most will come from natural progression, though some will be very laborious & require a lot of grinding. I do my best to breakdown when to focus on which Challenges, but always be working towards something as we play (or multiple Challenges ideally) to save having to do it all at the end of the game.

The other big thing to make note of, is the Survival Missions. As one of our Challenges, we need to complete 26 of them. There are 26 unique Survival Missions, but if you beat the Main Story, they will be randomized & you may get repeats. Repeats are fine, though if you need specific Survival Missions for a specific Gang to complete their “Kill X Gang Specialist” Challenges it can make this extremely annoying. I go into this more in Sequence 10: Survival Missions.

Though there is the option to play the Campaign in Online Coop, the four Online related Achievements that were in the original game have all been removed. There are no Achievements pertaining to Wh0red Mode either.

Lastly, there are three DLCs to play through for this game. They are all short & very straightforward, however, in the Trouble With Clones & Ganstas In Space DLCs, there are MANY missable Achievements. They are missable because all of the Achievements are based in the DLC Missions, which we cannot replay after they after beaten. Save before starting any DLC Mission in case you need to reload; failing to do so may cause you to have to start a brand New Game just to go back to replay the DLCs.

Due to the nature of open world games, it was difficult making a guide for this. There are not very many missable Achievements, & they only pertain to Main Mission endings or in the DLCs. Because of this, do not let me railroad you into how I’ve structured the guide if you do not want to. So long as you keep the different Challenges in mind as you play, you should be fine checking in every once in a while; definitely follow along for the DLCs though…

For those interested, here is an organized list of all the Achievements/Secret Achievements. This is how I derive my Achievement Breakdowns & the first reference I create before I begin my 100% journeys.

Before You Play!: Though there is the option to use in game Cheats using a tab on our Cell Phone, this will disable Achievements! What is more, that turning the Cheats off will not re-enable the Achievements; you must either reload your Save before the Cheats were turned on… or restart the game if that is not an option. I strongly recommend not messing with Cheats until after we have 100% the game or just on a different Save File.

*Guide contains major spoilers.
Sequence 1: Power
1. Act 1 – Missions: 13/47
2. Activities: 16/56
3. Challenges: 0/41
4. Rank: 12-14/50
5. Achievements: 9/79
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Start a New Game in the Campaign; feel free to select whichever Difficulty you prefer as there are no Achievements associated with it. Obviously Hardcore will give you a much harder time unlocking Achievements than if you played on Normal or Easy.

Prologue:

Achievement #1 – Dead Presidents: Complete When Good Heists...
Story Related. Complete the bank heist Main Mission – When Good Heists Go Bad to unlock this Achievement.

When we Customize our Character, keep in mind that for the Gender Equality Achievement we will need to play as both a Male & Female Character for at least two hours in game; we can change genders at an Image As Designed Store at any time in game for $500.

Achievement #2 – The Welcome Wagon: Complete I'm Free – Free Falling.
Story Related. Complete the following Main Mission – I’m Free – Free Falling to unlock the Achievement.

Morningstar Island #1:
After we complete Main Mission – We’re Going to Need Guns, we will leave the linear stretch of tutorial Main Missions & be able to free-roam. In the Missions tab of our Cell Phone we can see 4 active Missions. The Missions from Tammy, Andy Zhen, & Jimmy are all DLC Missions; ignore these until the end of the game as there are Missable Achievements involved with them & we will be unable to replay the DLC Missions after they are completed.

We will also be able to access the Saints Book tab that will allow us to complete Assassination Quests, Vehicle Theft Quests, & check our Challenges. Keep a watchful eye on our Challenges & try to grind away at them as we play.

Cash Focus: Spend on Character Upgrades.

Achievement #3 – A Better Person: Buy your first Upgrade from the Upgrade Store.
We will also be able to now purchase Upgrades in the Upgrades tab as well. For an easy Achievement unlock, go to Damage & purchase Damage – Bullet 1 for $1000.

Activity #1-3 – Insurance Fraud #1: Travel to the middle island (Morning Star Island #1), the Sunset Park District, & we can find our first of five newly unlocked Activities we can complete. The trick to Insurance Fraud is to never stop earning points & always enter Ragdoll State by pressing Lt or Rt; even when the Timer stops, so long as we constantly enter into Ragdoll to accrue points, the Activity will not end.

The first Insurance Fraud Activity can be found at the far South of the Sunset Park District; completing the first Instance of any Activity will unlock the Medium & Hard Difficulty ones afterwards…

Activity #4-6 – Professor Genki’s S.E.R.C. #1: We can find the first Instance of the challenging Professor Genki’s S.E.R.C. at the South end of the Loren Park District.

Easy Difficulty will not prove too much of a challenge at this point, however the Medium & Hard Difficulty Instances might be depending on if you are playing on Hardcore or not. If it is too tough, save these for later until we have more Upgrades & better Weapons… When the “Hunter” shows up, it is usually easiest to begin sprinting through the course as fast as you can to the end; we are too weak to actually fight them right now.

Achievement #4 – Ow My Balls!: Do your first Nut Shot & testicle assault.
This Achievement will most likely unlock for you naturally without even trying as we play through the game. A Nut Dhot is obvious, kill an enemy by shooting them… in the nuts (this counts only on Male enemies). You will probably do this very often accidentally.

For a testicle assault, you need to approach any Male enemies & tap the melee button up close, without sprinting at them, to strike them in the nuts with the butt of your Weapon; this won’t work with actual Melee Weapons, only Guns.

Activity #7-9 – Tank Mayhem #1: We can find the first Instance of this Activity at the Northern end of Loren Square.

Complete the Tank Mayhem Easy to Hard Instances.

Activity #10-12 – Trafficking #1: We can find the first Instance of this Activity close to the center of the Henry Steel Mills District. Whenever possible, try performing Headshots on the Morningstar drivers that chase us to evade them, especially during Medium & Hard Difficulty as they may carry Brutes with them.

Complete the Trafficking Easy to Hard Instances.

Activity #13-15 – Heli Assault #1: We can find the first Instance of this Activity at the North end of the Henry Steel Mills District.

Complete the Heli Assault Easy to Hard Instances.

Achievement #5 – Opulence, You Has It: Complete Party Time.
Story Related. When you are finished with the unlocked Activities, complete Main Mission #5 – Party Time to unlock this Achievement.

Activity #16 – Guardian Angel #1: We will complete our first of two Instances of Guardian Angel during Main Mission – Guardian Angel.

Achievement #6 – Bo-Duke-En: Hijack 50 Vehicles – Dukes style.
This is another Achievement that will unlock for you through natural progression. To perform a Bo-Duke-En Hijack, you need sprint at an owned Vehicle & press the enter Vehicle button to leap through one of car windows & Hijack it; you can only do this once per Vehicle & it needs to have a driver in it.

Since this is the most efficient way of obtaining quick rides, you will probably unlock this during our first Sequence of the guide…

Achievement #7 – We’re Takin’ Over: Complete We've Only Just Begun.
Story Related. Complete the Main Mission – We’ve Only Just Begun to unlock this Achievement.

Main Mission – The Belgium Problem: When we complete the Main Missions up to Main Mission – The Belgium Problem, be sure to Save your game! There are two separate choices we can make at the end of this Mission each with its own Achievement; to unlock both Achievements in one playthrough, we will have to reload our Save to unlock the second Achievement.

Achievement #8 – Kuh, Boom: Complete Act 1 in another way.
Story Related. Begin Main Mission – The Belgium Problem after making a Hard Save & progress it to the very end. When we kill Phillipe, we will have to make a decision about what to do with the building: destroy it with the bomb for a permanent Respect Bonus or disarm the bomb & keep the building for a permanent Cash Bonus. Personally, in early game, Cash per hour is more important than Respect, so keeping the building is the best outcome to Save; whichever ending you don’t want to keep, do that one first.

For this Achievement, enter the Mule & destroy the building for a permanent Respect Bonus.

Achievement #9 – Tower Defense: Complete Act 1 in one way.
Story Related. Reload your Save after completing Main Mission – The Belgium Problem & complete the other ending to it that you want to keep.

For this Achievement, disarm the bomb & keep the building for a permanent Cash Bonus.
Sequence 2: Too Fake
1. Act 2 – Missions: 13/47
2. Activities: 29/56
3. Challenges: 2/41
4. Rank: 18-20/50
5. Achievements: 13/79
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cash Focus: Character Upgrades

Short Challenge Focus: Near Misses, Destroy Cars

Long Challenge Focus: Grenade Kills, Kill Brutes, People Run Over

Focus on spending your Cash on Upgrades like Health, Damage, & Combat instead of purchasing Stores & Properties for now; the more we take over Districts, the less Gang Members will spawn making it harder to farm the Challenge – Gang Members Taunted as it is easiest to do this when encountering them on the street in their controlled territory.

Decker Island:
In Act 2, the map will open up to us & we can complete Missions & Activities in all Islands. To start, we will begin in The Deckers territory. While we are completing Activities here, really focus on killing as many Decker Specialists as you can for Challenge – Decker Specialists Killed; they become scarcer in Post Game after we have taken over their Districts…

Activity #17-19 – Heli Assault #2: We can find the first Instance of this Activity near the center of the Brickston District.

Complete the Heli Assault Easy to Hard Instances.

Achievement #10 – And Boom Goes the Dynamite: Complete all 6 Instances of Heli Assault.
Complete the three Instances of Heli Assault on the Morningstar Island #1 & the three on the Decker Island to unlock this Achievement.

Activity #20-22 – Trail Blazing #1: We can find the first Instance of this Activity near in the South West corner of the Salander District.

Complete the Trail Blazing Easy to Hard Instances.

Activity #23-25 – Snatch #1: We can find the first Instance of this Activity near in the West corner of the Salander District.

Complete the Snatch Easy to Hard Instances.

Activity #26-28 – Mayhem #1: We can find the first Instance of this Activity near in the East corner of the Salander District.

Complete the Mayhem Easy to Hard Instances.

Challenge #1 – Near Misses: Complete 500 Near Misses.
This will come naturally as we play, especially if you are also working towards the Oncoming Lane Distance Challenge.

Achievement #11 – Shake & Bake: Complete your first Challenge.
Complete any Challenge of the 41 to unlock this Achievement.

Activity #29 – Guardian Angel #2: Progress through the Main Missions given to us by Kenzie to complete this final Instance of Guardian Angel.

Achievement #12 – Go Into the Light: Complete all 2 Instances of Guardian Angel.
Complete another Main Mission – Guardian Angel, this time with Kenzie; completing this will unlock our Achievement.

Achievement #13 – Haters Gonna Hate: Kill 1000 Gang Members.
This Achievement will come through natural progression. Though 1000 seems like a lot… it really isn’t, especially when we are mowing down enemies left, right, & center during the high-octane Activities…

Challenge #2 – Cars Destroyed: Destroy 300 Vehicles.
Yet another Challenge that will unlock through natural progression; we probably obliterated 3/4 of this just by doing the Activities so far…
Sequence 3: Divinations
1. Act 2 – Missions: 22/47
2. Activities: 44/56
3. Challenges: 5/41
4. Rank: 22-24/50
5. Achievements: 17/79
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cash Focus: Character Upgrades

Short Challenge Focus: Grenade Kills, Kill Brutes, People Run Over

Long Challenge Focus: Gang Members Taunted, No-Weapon Kills, Hoods Explored, Two-Wheel Distance

Luchadores Island:
After we have finished all of the Main Quests given to us by Kenzie, carry on to the Luchador Districts to begin taking over their island & assist Angel. Once again, refrain from purchasing Properties if you can so that we can still have a good chunk of Luchadores left to spawn on the streets.

Activity #30-32 – Professor Genki’s S.E.R.C. #2: We can find the first Instance of this Activity near in the center of the Yearwood District.

Complete the Professor Genki’s S.E.R.C. Easy to Hard Instances.

Achievement #14 – Have A Reality Climax: Complete all 6 Instances of Professor Genki's Super Ethical Reality Climax.
Complete the three Instances of Professor Genki on the Morningstar Island #1 & the three on the Luchador Island to unlock this Achievement.

Activity #33-35 – Escort (Tiger): We can find the first Instance of this Activity near in the North end of the New Baranec District.

Complete the Escort (Tiger) Easy to Hard Instances.

Activity #36-38 – Mayhem #2: We can find the first Instance of this Activity near in the North West corner of the Bridgeport District.

Complete the Mayhem Easy to Hard Instances.

Achievement #15 – Fence Killa 2011: Complete all 6 Instances of Mayhem.
Complete the three Instances of Mayhem on the Decker Island & the three on the Luchador Island to unlock this Achievement.

Challenge #3 – Grenade Kills: Kill 50 enemies with Grenades.
The best way to complete this Challenge, as we have to do this anyways, is to complete the 6 Instances of Mayhem. Enemies are infinite & so are our Grenades giving us the perfect opportunity.

Challenge #4 – Kill Brutes: Kill 30 Brutes.
At this stage in the game, the best way to fight & kill Brutes is in any Mayhem Medium or Hard Instance. If this does not unlock for you after our initial run through these Activities, do not bother replaying them to farm Brute kills. This is guaranteed to unlock for us at some point during the playthrough.

Activity #39-41 – Trail Blazing #2: We can find the first Instance of this Activity near in the South East corner of the Bridgeport District.

Complete the Trail Blazing Easy to Hard Instances.

Achievement #16 – Porkchop Sandwiches: Complete all 6 Instances of Trail Blazing.
Complete the three Instances of Trail Blazing on the Decker Island & the three on the Luchador Island to unlock this Achievement.

Challenge #5 – People Run Over: Run over & kill 500 Civilians with Vehicles.
This Achievement will come to us by natural progression as well, if not accidentally… To quickly rack up kills, simply drive around on the sidewalks & mow people down in between our Activity Instances since it will erase our Wanted Level when we enter them.

Activity #42-44 – Insurance Fraud #2: We can find the first Instance of this Activity near in the East corner of the Bridgeport District.

Complete the Insurance Fraud Easy to Hard Instances.

Achievement #17 – Ouch.: Complete all 6 Instances of Insurance Fraud.
Complete the three Instances of Insurance Fraud on the Morningstar Island #1 & the three on the Luchador Island to unlock this Achievement.

Complete Main Mission – Face Your Fear with Angel & we will be all finished up with the Luchadores for now.
Sequence 4: Rise, Rebel, Resist
1. Act 2 – Missions: 24/47
2. Activities: 56/56
3. Challenges: 9/41
4. Rank: 25-27/50
5. Achievements: 23/79
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cash Focus: Character Upgrades

Short Challenge Focus: Gang Members Taunted, No-Weapon Kills, Hoods Explored, Two-Wheel Distance

Long Challenge Focus: Oncoming Lane, Boats Destroyed

Morningstar Island #2:

Challenge #6 – Gang Members Taunted: Taunt 50 rival Gang Members.
Before we begin completing the Activities on the second Morningstar Island, we should first grind out this Challenge/Achievement before we begin taking over too much of the city. If we leave this too late, Gang Members will hardly spawn on the streets making this Challenge take way more extra hours. This also only tracks if we have no Notoriety Level meaning that we can only Taunt 1 Gang Member at a time before we need to go hide. Alternatively, if you see a group of 2-4 Gang Members walking around, stand in the center of them so your Taunt hits all of them which definitely speeds things along.

To start, purchase any Store on this Island to act as our safe zone; Zimo’s Pad also counts & is already owned by us. Set a GPS point on our designated safe zone for easy return then drive around, find a Gang Member or group of them patrolling, Taunt them, & drive back to our safe zone to remove our Notoriety. Rinse & repeat.

To work towards other Challenges, kill the Taunted Gang Member(s) with either your Fists or as a Human Shield.

Achievement #18 – Love/Hate Relationship: Taunt &/or Compliment 50 Gang Members.
By completing the Gang Members Taunted Challenge, we will also unlock this Achievement. The sister Challenge for Complimenting Gang Members actually will work on our own Gang making it much simpler to unlock in future which is why Taunting is the priority.

Challenge #7 – No-Weapons Kills: Kill 25 enemies with only our Fists.
While we are slowly Taunting Gang Members, finishing them off with our Fists immediately afterwards is a convenient way to complete this Challenge since it is not really going out of our way to fight people one on one.

Activity #45-47 – Snatch #2: We can find the first Instance of this Activity just outside of Zimos’s Pad in the Espina District.

Complete the Snatch Easy to Hard Instances.

Achievement #19 – Double Dose of Pimping: Complete all 6 Instances of Snatch.
Complete the three Instances of Snatch on the Decker Island & the three on the Morningstar Island #2 to unlock this Achievement.

Achievement #20 – Gellin’Like Magellan: Explore every hood in Steelport.
By this point, you will have most likely driven into all 18 Neighbourhoods/Districts; you only need to enter them, not explore every inch of them. This is guaranteed to unlock for us as there are things to do in all Districts.

Challenge #8 – Hoods Explored: Enter into all 18 Districts of the game.
We will complete this Challenge when we unlock the Gellin’Like Magellan Achievement.

Activity #48-50 – Trafficking #2: We can find the first Instance of this Activity in the center of the Rosen Oaks District.

Complete the Trafficking Easy to Hard Instances.

Achievement #21 – Tune In, Drop Off: Complete all 6 Instances of Trafficking.
Complete the three Instances of Trafficking on the Morningstar Island #1 & the three on the Morningstar Island #2 to unlock this Achievement.

Activity #51-53 – Escort #2: We can find the first Instance of this Activity in the Western end of the Camano Place District.

Complete the Escort Easy to Hard Instances.

Achievement #22 – Your Backseat Smells Funny: Complete all 6 Instances of Escort.
Complete the three Instances of Escort on the Luchador Island & the three on the Morningstar Island #2 to unlock this Achievement.

Activity #54-56 – Tank Mayhem #2: We can find the first Instance of this Activity in the Southern end of the Camano Place District.

Complete the Tank Mayhem Easy to Hard Instances.

Achievement #23 – Tank You Very Much: Complete all 6 Instances of Tank Mayhem.
Complete the three Instances of Tank Mayhem on the Morningstar Island #1 & the three on the Morningstar Island #2 to unlock this Achievement.

Challenge #9 – Two-Wheel Distance: Drive on only two wheels for a cumulative 762m (2,500ft).
This is yet another natural progression Challenge that you should not have to try too hard to unlock if you drive as erratically as I do. Driving fast & getting a little air or knocking your Vehicle sideways will give you time driving on only two wheels.

Alternatively, you can drive fast along the island bridgeways & hit the barricades sideways to drive along them with only two wheels on the road.

Complete Main Mission – Painting A Picture with Zimos & we will be all finished up with the Morningstar for now.
Sequence 5: Machinehead
1. Act 2 – Missions: 31/47
2. Vehicle Theft: 24/30
3. Challenges: 11/41
4. Rank: 32-33/50
5. Achievements: 24/79
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cash Focus: Stores & Property

Short Challenge Focus: Oncoming Lane, Boats Destroyed

Long Challenge Focus: Powerslide Time, Vehicle Mod Spending, Car Torpedo Total Damage

Act 2:

Achievement #24 – Gotta Break Em In: Complete The Ho Boat.
Story Related. Complete Main Mission – The Ho Boat to unlock this Achievement. Choose whatever ending you prefer; personally, Cash per Hour will pay off way more in the long term than Lump Sum Cash.

Carry on to complete Main Mission – Gang Bang to unlock the STAG, but do not progress any further yet.

Vehicle Thefts:
Hold off on progressing the Campaign & instead, enter your Saints Book & go to the Vehicle Thefts tab. Here we can complete 30 Vehicle Theft Missions from five different buyers. If you are having trouble with either Police or Gangs destroying your Vehicle, consider purchasing the Notoriety Wipe Upgrades in the Gang Abilities tab; normally it takes 30 minutes for this Upgrades to recharge, but we can make them recharge instantly if you quit to the Main Menu. Just make sure you Save your game before doing so…

Note that if you own any of the required Vehicles in your Garage, you can use them instead of tracking a Vehicle down. Using your own Vehicles will also mean that no Gang or Police will engage us after Hijacking the Vehicle. This only works if it is a “random Vehicle spawn”; any Vehicles that spawn in specific locations need to be obtained that way. If you do this though, the Vehicle will be deleted from your Garage & you will have to collect a new one for yourself…

Dieter #1 – Sovereign: District – Sunset Park
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map.

Dieter #2 – Emu: District – Brickston
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map.

Dieter #3 – Status Quo: District – New Baranec
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location; this one protected by the Police

Dieter #4 – Longhauler: District – Yearwood
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map.

Dieter #5 – Justice: District – Henry Steel Mills
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map.

Dieter #6 – Titan: District – Port Pryor
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map. Having Notoriety Wipe – Police is extremely useful for this Mission.

Andie Dae #1 – Halberd: District – Briskston
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map.

Andie Dae #2 – Neuron: District – Henry Steel Mills
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map.

Andie Dae #3 – Torch: District – Ashwood
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location; this one protected by the Deckers.

Andie Dae #4 – Vortex: District – Loren Square
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map.

Andie Dae #5 – Kaneda: District – Bridgeport
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map.

Andie Dae #6 – Temptress: District – New Baranec
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map.

Grieves #1 – Bootlegger: District – Rosen Oaks
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map.

Grieves #2 – Compensator: District – Yearwood
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location, this one protected by the Luchadores.

Grieves #3 – Sandstorm: District – Burns Hill
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map.

Grieves #4 – Scrubber: District – Sunset Park
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map. Having Notoriety Wipe – Police is extremely useful for this Mission.

Grieves #5 – Steelport Municipal: District – Camano Place
This Vehicle will spawn randomly throughout the District; drive around until the waypoint appears on your Mini-Map. Having Notoriety Wipe – Police is extremely useful for this Mission.

Grieves #6 – Peterliner: District – Espina
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location, having Notoriety Wipe – Police is extremely useful for this Mission. This Mission is quite a pain, no matter how fast you want to go, drive slow & do your best not to smash the truck as it is very easy to get destroyed with how far we have to drive it.

Challenge #10 – Oncoming Lane Distance: Drive in the oncoming traffic lane for a cumulative distance of 30480m (100,000ft).
As we drive around the Map to all of the Vehicle Theft locations, make a point of driving in the oncoming traffic lane to boost this Challenge. This is another Challenge that will basically come through natural progression.

Rigg #1 – Shark: District – Camano Place
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location, this one protected by the Morningstar.

Rigg #2 – Miami: District – Sunset Park
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location; this one protected by the Police.

Rigg #3 – Oppressor: District – Sunset Park
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location; this one protected by the Police.

Rigg #4 – Commander: District – Sierra Point
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location; this one protected by the Police. Having Notoriety Wipe – Police is extremely useful for this Mission.

Challenge #11 – Boats Destroyed: Destroy 25 Boats.
We should have made a big dent in this Challenge during Main Mission – The Ho Boat. For our final few Boat destructions, pay attention during this Vehicle Theft Mission before calling our Police Forgiveness. We can use the Commander(s) to destroy incoming Police Boats to mop up our last kills.

Note that we can also destroy docked Boats if you come across them; you can drive around to different docks & destroy the Boats there as well.

Rigg #5 – Stork: District – Wesley Cutter Intl.
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location; this one protected by the Police. Having Notoriety Wipe – Police is extremely useful for this Mission.

Rigg #6 – Woodpecker: District – Wesley Cutter Intl.
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location. For whatever reason, I had issues with this Mission where the Target Vehicle would constantly get destroyed while I was on route; this happened five times. If this happens, keep on re-selecting the Mission & keep driving towards the airport until you track it down.

BJ Barnes: To unlock BJ Barnes as a Vehicle Theft buyer, we will have needed to complete Main Mission – Gang Bang to have STAG appear throughout the city. The problem though… is that STAG has taken over, & SWAT do not showup no matter how high of a Notoriety Level you have. Unless you happen to have a Lockdown in your Garage, we will be unable to complete this until we unlock SWAT Hommies after completing Main Mission – Zombie Attack.
Sequence 6: Perfect Weapon
1. Act 2 – Missions: 31/47
2. Vehicle Theft: 24/30
3. Assassinations: 20/36
4. Challenges: 14/41
5. Rank: 33-34/50
6. Achievements: 24/79
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cash Focus: Weapons, Vehicles

Short Challenge Focus: Powerslide Time, Vehicle Mod Spending, Car Torpedo Total Damage

Long Challenge Focus: Everything else…

Assassination Contracts:
With the bulk of the Vehicle Thefts completed, we now switch over to doing the bulk of the Assassination Contracts while we still haven’t fully taken over the city. We can do up to Assassination Contract 34/36 as the last two are unlocked in Act 3.

Challenge #12 – Powerslide Time: Powerslide in a Vehicle for a cumulative 300 seconds.
Powersliding is where you hold A in a Vehicle to drift, typically while turning a corner at speed. Driving to & from our Assassination destinations is a goodtime to work towards this. If you want to quickly boost this Challenge, take a fast Vehicle like a Temptress, Vortex, or Peacekeeper to the Wesley Cutter Intl. Airport & just drive around & Powerslide in all the open space.

Assassination #1 – Karl: Go to the Wesley Cutter Intl. airport & steal a Knoxville baggage cart to lure out the target. They can be found around the main airport terminal.

Assassination #2 – Almonzo: For this Assassination, we need to have the Luchadores still active on the streets; if you have taken over their Island, you will need to engage them in an Activity or Survival Mission & cancel it to have Luchadores in your area.

Attack Luchadores to bring up your Gang Notoriety to 3 Stars to draw out Almonzo.

Assassination #3 – Smoov: Drive around the Henry Steel Mills District & locate an umm… plus sized street worker. Grab her as a Human Shield to draw out our target.

There are a few things to note for this Assassination. One, street workers are more prolific during the night; pass time by doing Activities, or the faster route, by dying. The second thing to note, is that any sized street worker will actually count; “gimps” from Safeword or scantily clad women do not.

Assassination #4 – Michael: Locate a Peacekeeper police car & drive it to the Ashwood District on the Decker Island to locate our target.

Assassination #5 – Alejandro: This is another Luchador required Assassination; we need to obtain any one of their Vehicles. Go to the Luchador Island, & either locate one of their Vehicles naturally or incur a Notoriety Level to bring them to you. Once you have one, drive to the Sunset Park District to lure out the target.

Assassination #6 – Luther: This one is simple, go to Loren Square & Compliment anyone you come across to lure out the target; it takes around 3-5 Compliments/people.

Assassination #7 – Chandler: This is an even simpler Assassination, go to the Sunset Park District & get a Civilian driven Vehicle to run you over to lure out the target. Falling off a Vehicle while you are Vehicle Surfing counts…

Assassination #8 – Clovis: Go to the Rim Jobs in the Camano Place District & purchase any Upgrade for a Vehicle to lure out the target.

If you want to multi-task, grab one of your own Vehicles from a Garage to Upgrade so it isn’t wasted work.

Challenge #13 – Vehicle Mod Spending: Spend $20,000 on Vehicle Upgrades.
This Challenge can be easily completed on a good paycheque, but definitely all on the same Vehicle; for The American Dream Achievement we need to Upgrade 10 different Vehicles. Take your favourite Vehicles to a Rim Jobs or just Upgrade them in the Garage to complete this Challenge.

Assassination #9 – Kirsten: Go to the Planet Saints in the Salander District & blow things up inside it using Grenades to lure out the target.

Assassination #10 – Gerrard: Locate & Hijack any “muscle car” (Bootlegger, Phoenix, or Hammerhead) & drive to the marked gas station in New Baranec District to lure out the target.

Challenge #14 – Car Torpedo Total Damage: Cause $2,000 worth of damage using a “Car Torpedo”.
As we drive around between targets, accelerate your Vehicle at full speed & when it is time to get out, bail out of the Vehicle to have it auto drive into other Vehicles or objects around the city to cause damage. Every time you do this, it will make a total damage tally of what you caused with that “Car Torpedo”.

This is very easy to farm as you can simply keep Hijacking Vehicles & drive them into other ones, Civilians, or destructible city objects.

Assassination #11 – Jake: Drive to the Salander District to spawn Jake in a Mixmaster; kill him.

Assassination #12 – Agnes: Head over to the Nobody Loves Me Store in the Ashwood District & remove all of your clothes. Exit the Store & just walk around naked in front of the church nearby to lure out our target; you do not have to Streak.

Assassination #13 – Andre: We need the Morningstar still active for this Assassination. Go to the Espina District & begin raising hell killing street workers as well as many many Morningstar Gang Members. I lost count of how many I killed of each, but it was a lot & I had a 4 Star Notoriety Level. Eventually, our target will emerge.

Assassination #14 – Lucas: For this Assassination, Kenzie will give us a new Suit to wear. Go to your Wardrobe & put on The Decker Suit; go to the Burns Hill District to lure out the target once it is on.

Assassination #15 – Whitney: Drive to the Westley Cutter Intl. airport & board the marked Snipes47 plane to lure out the target. Once she boards the place, take off & fly to a high elevation… bail out of the plane & let it crash back down to the city to kill Whitney.

Assassination #16 – Brutus: Drive to the Sunset Park District & enter into the park itself without any Weapons equipped to lure out the Brute target.

Assassination #17 – Blaize: Go to the Luchadores Island & rob any Store here to lure out the target.

Assassination #18 – Pr0tip: Simply drive to the Decker HQ in Burns Hill District to lure out our target.

Assassination #19 – Randall: Drive down to Port Pryor & attack Civilians in front of the Luchador HQ to lure out the target.

Assassination #20 – Mr. Dickson: While in Port Pryor, collect a Status Quo limousine & drive to the designated hotel in Loren Square to lure out the target; Status Quo spawn more commonly here. We will have to wait around out front for around a minute or so; he only actually spawned for me when I left the limo after a while & approached the hotel doors.

Assassination Contracts:

Assassination #21 – Jim: Drive to the front of the Saints HQ in the Sunset Park District & call the new Steelport Cable Dispatcher number on our Phone to lure out the target.

Assassination #22 – Grigor: Simply drive to the Camano Place District to lure out the target.

Assassination #23 – Oliver: Go to the airport in Wesley Cutter Intl. or to the Saints HQ & grab yourself an aircraft, ideally one that can attack. Fly to the Brickston District & our target will appear in a Helicopter; destroy it by any means necessary, including flying into the Helicopter if your aircraft cannot attack…

Assassination #24 – Danny: Get to the Yearwood District & use your Phone to call the new Pizzeria number to lure out our target.

Assassination #25 – Barry: Return to the Saints HQ or airport & grab any Helicopter type aircraft & land on the designated rooftop’s helipad to lure out the target; the aircraft you fly MUST be a Helicopter.

Assassination #26 – Sgt. Steiner: Fly to the “not statue of liberty” island in the middle of the ocean & use the new number on our Phone to call the STAG Ops Center to lure out the target.

Assassination #27 – Ulysses: Take your aircraft (or return to the airport/Saints HQ to collect one) & fly to the Salander District to lure out the target.

Assassination #28 – Lt. Gorshin: Drive/fly to the Morningstar Island #2 & cause some destruction to raise some Police Notoriety to get your target to appear.

Assassination #29 – Officer Dealy: Get down to the Bridgeport District now & begin Taunting Civilians to get our target to appear.

Assassination #30 – Tony: Drive to the Leather & Lace Store in the Camano Place District & buy any piece of clothing to lure out our target.

Assassination #31 – DJ Enigmus: Drive to the Salander District & turn the Radio Station to the electronic channel K12 to lure out the target.

Assassination #32 – Mike: Drive to the Rosen Oaks District now & call Emergency Response on our Phone to bring out our target.

Assassination #33 – Harry: Drive to the bridgeway in between The Grove & Loren Square Districts & quickly kill Mrs. Vandergriff’s husband… before he kills himself.

Assassination #34 – Dr. Wang: Head now to the Image As Designed Store in Loren Square & purchase some form of plastic surgery to redesign your Character a bit to lure out the target. Technically, all you have to do is pay for the surgery, you can exit straight afterwards without altering your Character afterwards if you do not want to…

This is all the Assassinations we can do as of now; the final two will become available later after we complete Main Mission – Zombie Attack.

Act 2:

Achievement #25 – kill-decker.exe: Complete http://deckers.die.
Story Related. Carry on with the Main Missions & complete all of the ones offered by Kenzie; complete the final Mission from her Main Mission – http://deckers.die to unlock the Achievement.

Please do not click on the website links the guide thinks exist… because they don’t…

At the end of the Mission, we get the option to choose between a 25% discount on Vehicle Upgrades or Weapon Upgrades; I recommend the Weapon Upgrades as we will have many to do before we begin slogging through the 26 Survival Missions.

Achievement #26 – I Heart Nyte Blade: Complete STAG Party.
Story Related. Complete all of the Main Missions for Pierce now & we will unlock our Achievement after completing Main Mission – Stag Party. What you do with Nyte Blade is up to you.

Achievement #27 – Titanic Effort: Complete Act 2.
Story Related. Complete Main Mission – My Name Is Cyrus Temple to unlock the Achievement & complete Act 2.
Sequence 8: Feel Like I Do
1. Act 3 – Missions: 44/47
2. Vehicle Theft: 30/30
3. Assassinations: 36/36
4. Challenges: 16/41
5. Rank: 46-48/50
6. Achievements: 31/79
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cash Focus: Character Upgrades (Try purchasing Collectible Finder)

Short Challenge Focus: Stag Commandos Killed, Tanks Destroyed

Long Challenge Focus: Compliments Paid, Stores Robbed, Shortcuts Found, Gang Ops Defeated

Act 3:

Challenge #15 – STAG Commandos Killed: Kill 25 STAG Commandos.
We can very easily complete this Challenge during Main Mission – Air Steelport; the majority if not all of the STAG Soldiers we fight on the plane & during the Tank freefall will be Commandos…

If you somehow do not, we can finish the Challenge off during our Survival Missions.

Challenge #16 – Tanks Destroyed: Destroy 25 Tanks.
We should be able to mop up our final Tank kills during this Main Mission as well; once again, we will earn this Challenge five times over during our Survival Missions if you do not already have this.

SWAT Hommies: SWAT Hommies are very important if you never got a Lockdown SWAT Truck stored in our Garage; we need it for our final Vehicle Theft buyer. With SWAT Hommies, we can call in SWAT with our Phone & they arrive in Lockdowns.

We can unlock this Ability during Main Mission – Zombie Attack; we need to destroy the virus for the Mayor by driving the truck into the canal.

Achievement #28 – Once Bitten Braaaaaaains: Complete Zombie Attack.
Story Related. Complete Main Mission – Zombie Attack to unlock the Achievement; again, be sure to drive the zombie toxin truck into the canal to unlock SWAT Hommies…

Achievement #29 – Murderbrawl 31: Complete Murderbrawl XXXI.
Story Related. Complete the final few Missions with Angel & defeat Killbane in the arena during Main Mission – Murderbrawl XXXI. What we do with Killbane afterwards is up to you.

Do not carry on & complete the final Main Mission – Three Way! While we do have Post-Game afterwards, it will randomize our Survival Missions potentially making our “Kill X Specialist” Challenges much more difficult to achieve; for now ignore it, & save it to the very end…

Assassinations:
Since we have completed Main Mission – Zombie Attack, we can now complete our final two Assassination Missions.

Assassination #35 – Bernie: From anywhere in the Steelport, use your Phone & call the Newsroom City Desk to lure out our target.

Assassination #36 – Mr. Hess: Drive to the federal courthouse in the Henry Steel Mills District to lure out our final target.

Achievement #30 – Everything Is Permitted: Kill all 36 of the hitman Assassination targets.
If you have been following along with the guide, we will unlock this Achievement after completing our final Assassination. These can all be completed at anytime, the final two Missions are unlocked after completing Main Mission – Zombie Attack.

Vehicle Thefts:
Now that we are able to call in a SWAT Team, we can finish our final few Vehicle Theft Missions.

BJ Barnes #1 – Lockdown: District – Any
If you have SWAT Team, call them in & they will arrive in our Lockdown, drive it to the buyer to complete the Mission.

If you do not have SWAT Hommies, you will need to wait until one arrives in a Police based Survival Mission coming up. When one does, you need to escape in it & immediately call Police Forgiveness. Take the Lockdown to a Garage, then begin the Vehicle Theft Mission afterwards.

BJ Barnes #2 – N-Forcer: District – Any
Find any N-Forcer on the street or get a Police Notoriety Level to get one of these Vehicles.
Contrary to the first Vehicle Theft Mission, we need STAG to still be in the city to collect this Vehicle. Otherwise, we cannot do this Mission until completing Main Mission – Gangstas In Space when an N-Forcer is put in our Garage.

BJ Barnes #3 – Tornado: District – Sierra Point
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location, this one protected by the STAG of course.

BJ Barnes #4 – Vulture: District – Port Pryor
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location, this one protected by the Luchadores.

BJ Barnes #5 – Challenger: District – Sierra Point
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location, this one protected by the STAG. Having Police Forgiveness can be extremely use for this Mission since Tanks move… very slow. Be sure to leave the Police Island first though before calling in the Forgiveness or it will be wasted.

BJ Barnes #6 – Condor: District – Sunset Park
This Vehicle will be found in a specific location, this one protected by the STAG.

Achievement #31 – Hi-Jack It: Steal & deliver all 30 Vehicle Theft targets.
If you have been following along with the guide, we will unlock this Achievement after completing our final Vehicle Theft Mission.
Sequence 9: Diamond Eyes
1. Act 3 – Missions: 44/47
2. City Takeover: 4/4
3. Challenges: 20/41
4. Rank: 48-50/50
5. Achievements: 39/79
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cash Focus: Character Upgrades (Try purchasing Collectible Finder), purchase every Store & Property

Short Challenge Focus: Compliments Paid, Stores Robbed, Shortcuts Found, Gang Ops Defeated

Long Challenge Focus: Stoppie Distance, Wheelie Distance, Vehicle Surfing Time, Streaking Time, Windshield Cannon Distance, Big Air Distance, Basejumps Nailed, Nut Shots

Collectibles/City Takeover:
As of now it is time to fully takeover the Steelport. If you have not already done so, purchase all remaining Stores & Properties as well as the expensive Rondini’s Boat Dock & Airplane Hangar.
For the final stage of takeover, destroy all Gang Operations per Island. While we destroy the Gang Ops, take advantage of the free Gang Notoriety & take out a few Specialists if you can to reduce the potential for it to be a grind later on.

Finally, be sure to purchase the Collectible Finder Upgrade in the Abilities tab for $49,500 to have all 80 Collectibles in the game appear on our map. Drive/fly around & collect all of those as well while we do this. To better locate them, toggle to the Collectibles header on our Map Legend to find where all the remaining Collectibles are on the Map… It is also important to note that some Collectibles are hidden on rooftops that can only be reached by air.

Decker Island:

Achievement #32 – Getting the Goods: Find 25% of all Collectibles.
There are 80 Collectibles in the game; to find 25% locate any 20 of them.

Achievement #33 – Hack the Planet: Complete all City Takeover gameplay in the Stanfield District.
We need to fully control the Decker Island to unlock this Achievement. There are 13 Activities, 8 Stores, 6 Properties, 3 Cribs, & 8 Gang Operations to complete.

The 21 Collectibles are not needed for City Takeover, though we do still need to collect them all…

Challenge #17 – Compliments Paid: Pay Gang Members or Civilians 50 Compliments.
Exactly as it sounds. As we progress through our City Takeover, stop to give enemy Gang Members, our own Gang Members, as well as Civilians Compliments & we can pretty quickly rack up 50 for the Challenge.

Luchador Island:

Achievement #34 – You’re the Best: Complete all City Takeover gameplay in the Carver Island District.
We need to fully control the Luchador Island to unlock this Achievement. There are 15 Activities, 8 Stores, 8 Properties, 2 Cribs, & 8 Gang Operations to complete.

The 19 Collectibles are not needed for City Takeover, though we do still need to collect them all…

Challenge #18 – Stores Robbed: Rob 15 Stores.
To rob a Store, enter inside it & point your guns at the cashier at the register & they will walk over to it & hand us Cash. Doing this will trigger the Store alarm & we will instantly receive a 3 Star Notoriety Level with the Police. Owning all the Stores you rob makes things easier as you will lose your Notoriety Level from the previous robbing upon entering the next Store.

You need to keep your Weapon pointed at them the enter time the cashier walks to the register; if you have too much of a delay, they will go prone on the ground & you will fail. If you were successful in robbing the Store you will see the Store Hold-Up pop up giving us Respect.

Morningstar Island #1:

Achievement #35 – Hanging With Mr. Pierce: Complete all City Takeover gameplay in the Downtown District.

We need to fully control the first Morningstar Island to unlock this Achievement. There are 16 Activities, 10 Stores, 8 Properties, 2 Cribs, & 8 Gang Operations to complete. Some of the Gang Ops on this Island are located on top of buildings so you will need an Aircraft to reach them.

The 17 Collectibles are not needed for City Takeover, though we do still need to collect them all…

Challenge #19 – Shortcuts Found: Find 50/263 GPS Shortcuts in the game.
By necessity for completing a lot of our Activities, Missions, & locating Collectibles, you should have either completed this Challenge a while ago or be very close to doing so. Refrain from using Aircraft to locate our Collectibles (unless you have to) as they are typically located down ally ways that count as a GPS Shortcut.

Morningstar Island #2:

Challenge #20 – Gang Ops Defeated: Defeat all 32 Gang Operations around Steelport.
There are 32 Gang Operations in the game we need to destroy; how many & where can be found on our Map. Gang Ops are only uncovered on the Map if you have discovered them yourself manually. On your Map, every Store, Activity, & Property has its own highlighted region; buying them all will turn the Map purple. For all areas that has no completable piece of land, that means there is a Gang Op there; search around to locate & destroy them.

Achievement #36 – Flash the Pan: Destroy all 32 Gang Operations in Steelport.
Destroy all 32 Gang Operations to unlock the Achievement.

Achievement #37 – Mourning Stars: Complete all City Takeover gameplay in the New Colvin District.
We need to fully control the first Morningstar Island to unlock this Achievement. There are 12 Activities, 8 Stores, 8 Properties, 3 Cribs, & 8 Gang Operations to complete.

The 19 Collectibles are not needed for City Takeover, though we do still need to collect them all…

Achievement #38 – Bright Lights, Big City: Complete all 4 City Takeover gameplay in the entire city of Steelport.

If you have fully taken over all 4 Islands in the game, we will unlock this Achievement after taking over the final one.

Achievement #39 – Life of the Party: Find 100% of all Collectibles.
There are 80 Collectibles in the game: 20 Drug Packages, 20 Money Pallets, 20 Sex Dolls, & 20 Photo Ops. If you purchase the Collectible Finder Upgrade, all remaining Collectibles will be uncovered on you Map; scroll down to the Collectible Tab on your Map to see them. They can be on building rooves, inside Stores, in caves near the water, in train cars, down alleys, or simply out in the open.
Sequence 10: Survival Missions
1. Act 3 – Missions: 44/47
2. Survival Missions: 4/26
3. Challenges: 28/41
4. Rank: 50/50
5. Achievements: 40/79
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cash Focus: Character Upgrades (Try purchasing Damage – Bullet 4, & Ammo – Explosive 4), Weapon Upgrades (Max out one Weapon per slot; focus on maxing out the Annihilator)

Short Challenge Focus: Stoppie Distance, Wheelie Distance, Vehicle Surfing Time, Streaking Time, Windshield Cannon Distance, Big Air Distance, Basejumps Nailed, Nutshots

Long Challenge Focus: Decker Specialist Kills, Human Shields Used, Mascot Kills, Emus Destroyed, Luchador Specialist Kills, Headshots

Challenge Mop Up:
Before we slog through the Survival Missions, there are some important preparations we need to make being Bullet invincibility & getting unlimited ammo for the Annihilator RPG. While we wait for our Cash Per Hour to reset so we can buy things, we may as well mop up all remaining random Challenges that we will not be netting in Survival. While we do this, go to an Image As Designed Store & switch your gender to the opposite sex so we can also start working towards the Gender Equality Achievement.

Challenge #21 – Stoppie Distance: Perform Stoppies for a cumulative distance of 305m (1,000ft).
Grab any fast bike like a Kenshin or Kaenda & ride over to the Wesley Cutter Intl. airport. Then just drive fast down the runways & hit the breaks so your bike rolls only on the front wheel. Go as far as you can without messing up, & rinse & repeat. I did it in 50-80ft intervals to be safe.

Challenge #22 – Wheelie Distance: Perform Wheelies for a cumulative distance of 3048m (10,000ft).

Same premise for this Challenge as the last except this time we are doing Wheelies down the runways instead.

Challenge #23 – Vehicle Surfing Time: Vehicle Surf for a cumulative 600 Seconds.
To Vehicle Surf, approach any Vehicle being driven by a Civilian & stand on it. When prompted, you will have to balance yourself on the moving Vehicle for as long as you can before falling off. I found that slower moving Vehicles were easier to stay on & less erratic with their driving allowing me to stay on longer.

Challenge #24 – Streaking Time: Streak for accumulative 600 Seconds.
To Streak, you first must go to any Clothing Store or Crib & remove all of your clothing; you can’t have a single piece equipped. Go out into the streets & press down on the D-Pad twice to initiate the Streaking Mini-Game. Try doing this in high Civilian traffic areas.

Challenge #25 – Windshield Cannon Distance: Perform 304m (1,000ft) of cumulative Windshield Cannon distance.
The best way to go about this is actually to enter into an Insurance Fraud Activity as we are more prone to flying out our windshield in it as well as fly further. Grab any Vehicle & drive head into one driven by a Civilian to perform a Windshield Cannon; owning the Skill – Nitrous Upgrade can make this go even faster.

Challenge #26 – Big Air Distance: Perform a cumulative total of 1,524m (5,000ft) of airtime in Vehicles.
Grab any fast Vehicle like a Temptress or Attrazione & go to either the Wesley Cutter Intl. airport or any of the raised drawbridges between the Islands. At the airport, use Nitrous & boost off any of the solar panels in the fields near the runway to get our airtime. At the drawbridges, simply Nitrous back & forth over the canal using the raised bridge as a jump.

Challenge #27 – Basejumps Nailed: Stick the landing on 15 Basejumps.
Drive to the Wesley Cutter Intl. airport now (for the fast respawning Aircraft) & climb in one. Fly up a little ways (not too high up or it will take too long to come down) & bail out, pulling your Parachute. As we float down, we will get a prompt to start Basejumping, do so, & we will have to carefully float down to land in a purple smoke circle to be successful.

Survival Missions:
Once you have at a minimum of the Damage – Bullet 4 Upgrade, we can begin the long chore of completing the 26 Survival Missions & tying up some of our final Challenges at the same time. It takes around 1-2 minutes for a Survival Mission to arrive on our Phone; you cannot be inside a Vehicle, or we will not receive the calls. A Survival Mission will spawn for the District we are in as well as the Districts that are adjacent to us. Survival Missions are randomized, but are singular instances & can all be completed once. When we beat the game, all Survival Missions can then be repeated & can come from any District on any Island, not just the one you currently are on.

For Specialist Vehicles & Brutes, use an infinite ammo Annihilator RPG, but for everyone else, use bullet shooting guns as we still need to get our Nut Shots & Headshots.

Decker Island:
Go to the Burns Hill Reactor Crib on the Decker Island to have access to fast Vehicles & wait around for our first nearby Survival Mission to arrive on your Phone. Again, the order these may arrive for you are randomized, however these are all the ones we can receive on this Island. Be sure to grind out your needed Decker Specialist kills; there are only 4 Survival Missions for them!

Survival Mission #1 – “Just Heard About A Decker Rave”: This is a Decker Survival Mission located in the Burns Hill District; there are 5 Waves to complete, survive the time limits.

Survival Mission #2 – “Some New Phone Or (Censored By Steam) Went On Sale”: This is a Decker Survival Mission located in the Ashwood District; there are 3 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Survival Mission #3 – “Hacking the Saints Book”: This is a Decker Survival Mission located in the Ashwood District; there are 6 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Survival Mission #4 – “Holdin’ A Policeman’s Ball”: This is a Police/STAG Survival Mission located in the Ashwood District; there are 6 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Achievement #40 – Gender Equality: Play for at least 2 hours as a Male Character & 2 hours as a Female Character.
If we swapped Genders a little while ago, this will unlock for us at some point during our Survival Mission slog.

Challenge #28 – Nut Shots: Perform 25 Nut Shots.
Just as the name suggests, you need to kill 25 enemies by shooting them in their Johnsons… obviously this only works for male enemies. These can be a little tricky to pull off as most of the time you will hit them in the sides of the leg instead; you’ll know you were successful if you see the Respect notification for doing a Nut Shot. Shotguns seem to have the must success when trying a Nut Shot…
Sequence 11: Renegades
1. Act 3 – Missions: 44/47
2. Survival Missions: 20/26
3. Challenges: 34/41
4. Achievements: 42/79
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cash Focus: Weapon Upgrades (Max out one Weapon per slot), Character Upgrades

Short Challenge Focus: Decker Specialist Kills, Human Shields Used, Mascot Kills, Emus Destroyed, Luchador Specialist Kills, Headshots

Long Challenge Focus: Morningstar Specialists Killed, Helicopters Destroyed, Survival Completed, Multi-Kills, Hostages Taken, Carjackings, Distance Travelled

Decker Island:

Survival Mission #5 – “Ratings Gold For FUZZ”: This is a Police Survival Mission located in the Salander District; there are 6 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Survival Mission #6 – “Raiding Planet Saints”: This is a Decker Survival Mission located in the Salander District; there are 7 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Challenge #29 – Decker Specialists Killed: Kill 50 Decker Specialists.
This is one of the trickier “Specialist Kills” to obtain as there are only 4 Survival Missions for the Deckers. If you did not have a good head start, even these may not be enough. If you are lucky, you can also maintain a Notoriety Level after the Survival Mission is completed to get some extra kills as well.

If you still need Decker Specialist kills, enter into a Mayhem or Snatch Activity & focus on building up a Decker Notoriety Level to lure out Specialists.

Survival Mission #7 – “The Police Are Always In Our (Censored by Steam)”: This is a Police Survival Mission located in the Brickston District; there are 6 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Luchador Island:

Survival Mission #8 – “Spar Down At the Chem Plant”: This is a Luchador Survival Mission located in the Arapice Island District; there are 5 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Achievement #41 – Stay Classy Steelport: Kill 25 Gang Members each with the Penetrator & the Fart In A Jar.
We will receive the Penetrator as a reward for completing Main Mission – Return to Steelport. To get the Fart In A Jar, you need to max out the Flash Bang Grenade to Level 4 at a Friendly Fire; Upgrading our Grenades with Ammo – Grenades 4 will give us an infinite supply of them making this much easier. Note that Zombies some how count as Gang Members…

Survival Mission #9 – “Luchadores Stole My Roids”: This is a Luchador Survival Mission located in the Grove District; there are 4 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Survival Mission #10 – “They’re Zombies Man”: This is a Zombie Survival Mission located in the Grove District; there are 5 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Achievement #42 – Who Loves Ya Baby: Kill 50 Brutes.
This will come naturally as we play; especially when cycling through our Survival Missions…
Survival Mission #11 – “I’ll Set Up A Camcorder”: This is a Police Survival Mission is located in the Yearwood District; there are 7 Waves to complete, survive the time limits.

Challenge #30 – Human Shields Used: Use a Human Shield 150 times.
To take someone as a Human Shield, walk towards them & press Y; this can be done on Gang Members, Police, & even Civilians. While working towards our Luchador Survival Missions, just run around grabbing anyone & everyone as a Human Shield to quickly boost this Challenge.

Survival Mission #12 – “Gathering At the Costume Shop”: This is a… Mascot Survival Mission is located in the New Baranec District; there are 5 Waves to complete, survive the time limits.
You definitely want unlimited ammo for your Annihilator for this one…

Challenge #31 – Mascots Killed: Kill 200 Mascots.
By this point you should be well over the halfway point for Mascot kills; completing the six Professor Genki should have definitely helped. Survival Mission #13 should tip us over the edge as we will fight endless Mascots.

If you still do not have enough after this Survival Mission, replay more Professor Genki Instances to get your last few kills.

Challenge #32 – Emus Destroyed: Destroy 50 Emus.
An Emus… is a Smart Car. Ideally you will have been chipping away at this over the course of the game & be able to mop up your last few kills during Survival Mission #13 as Emus are 1/3 of the Vehicles the Mascots come in on; this is where the Annihilator is ideal to destroy them quickly.
If you still do not have enough after this, you can complete Hard Tank Mayhem Instances or hang around the Morningstar Island #1 to mop up your final kills.

Survival Mission #13 – “Without Breaking A Sweat”: This is a… Luchador Survival Mission is located in the Port Pryer District; there are 3 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Survival Mission #14 – “Luchadores Are Coming After Our Boys”: This is a… Luchador Survival Mission located in the Bridgeport District; there are 7 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Challenge #33 – Luchador Specialists Killed: Kill 50 Luchador Specialists.
You should be able to collect all the kills you need to top you up through the Survival Missions; the final Main Mission (that we need to beat twice) also will contain Luchador Specialists as well. Again, if you are really low on kills, maintain a Notoriety Level after the Survival Missions to get extra kills.

If you still need Luchador Specialist kills after all of that, enter into a Mayhem Activity here & focus on building up a Luchador Notoriety Level to lure out Specialists.

Morningstar Island #1:

Survival Mission #15 – “They’re Attacking Our Crib”: This is a Morningstar Survival Mission located in the Sunset Park District; there are 9 Waves to complete, survive the time limits.

Survival Mission #16 – “Someone’s Organized a Pro-Syndicate Rally”: This is a Morningstar Survival Mission located in the Loren Square District; there are 4 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Survival Mission #17 – “Luchadore’s Use Rust Needles As A Front”: This is actually a Luchador Survival Mission located in the Loren Square District; there are 4 Waves to complete, survive the time limits.

Survival Mission #18 – “Rioting After the Stillwater Benefit Concert”: This is a Police Survival Mission located in the Loren Square District; there are 3 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Survival Mission #19 – “Morningstars Going to Raid the Store”: This is a Morningstar Survival Mission located in the Henry Steel Mills District; there are 6 Waves to complete, survive the time limits.

Survival Mission #20 – “Unionizing the Girls”: This is a Morningstar Survival Mission located in the Henry Steel Mills District; there are 7 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Challenge #34 – Headshots: Perform 500 Headshots.
This one is pretty straightforward but will just take a while to accumulate. If you do not complete this one by the end of our Survival Missions, do not fret as we still have three full DLCs to go through as well.
Sequence 12: Holding Out For A Hero
1. Act 3 – Missions: 47/47
2. Survival Missions: 26/26
3. Challenges: 41/41
4. Achievements: 48/79

Short Challenge Focus: Morningstar Specialists Killed, Helicopters Destroyed, Survival Completed, Multi-Kills, Hostages Taken, Carjackings, Distance Travelled

Morningstar Island #2:

Survival Mission #21 – “You Think You’re Tough, Huh”: This is a… Biker? Survival Mission located in the Espina District; there are 7 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Survival Mission #22 – “Morningstars Guys Going Into A Friendly Fire”: This is a Morningstar Survival Mission located in the Rosen Oaks District; there are 6 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Survival Mission #23 – “Morningstar Are Trying to Kidnap My Sister”: This is a Morningstar Survival Mission located in the Rosen Oaks District; there are 5 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Survival Mission #24 – “20 Years On the Force”: This is a Police Survival Mission located in the Camano Place District; there are 6 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Survival Mission #25 – “My Anniversary Is Coming Up & I Need Some Toys”: This is a Morningstar Survival Mission is located in the Camano Place District; there are 4 Waves to complete, kill them all.

Challenge #35 – Morningstar Specialists Killed: Kill 50 Morningstar Specialists.
You should be able to collect all the kills you need to top you up through the Survival Missions. If you are really low on kills, maintain a Notoriety Level after the Survival Missions to get extra kills; fortunately, two Morningstar Specialists will always appear together in a Helicopter making it go double as fast.

If you still need Morningstar Specialist kills after all of that, enter into a Tank Mayhem, Heli Assault, or Snatch Activity & focus on building up a Morningstar Notoriety Level to lure out Specialists.

Challenge #36 – Helicopters Destroyed: Destroy 60 Helicopters.
If you have not already completed this Challenge naturally, we should mop up our final kills during the Morningstar Survival Missions; Heli Assault Activities also spawn Helicopters to get sent after us.

I am unsure if Condor & Vtols also count towards this Challenge or if it is strictly Helicopters….

Survival Mission #26 – “Big Shipment of Weapons”: This is a Police Survival Mission is located in the Wesley Cutter Intl. District; there are 7 Waves to complete, survive the time limits.

Challenge #37 – Survival Completed: Complete 26 Survival Missions.
There are 26 Survival Missions in the game. If you have not beaten the Main Story, they will not repeat & you can complete all 26 of them. If you have beaten the Main Story, all Survival Missions are randomized & you may get duplicate Survival Missions. You just need to complete any 26 Survival Missions to finish the Challenge; duplicates still count.

Challenge #38 – Multi-Kills: Perform 500 Multi-Kills.
If you were using the Annihilator with infinite ammo during the Survival Missions, this Challenge is guaranteed to complete. If not, then again, no sense grinding this one out as we still have three DLCs worth of killing to do still.

Achievement #43 – Cowboy Up: Fully upgrade one Weapon in each slot.
For this Achievement we need a Level 4 Pistol, SMG, Shotgun, Rifle, Explosive, & Special Weapon as well as Level 4 Frag Grenades, Molotovs, Flash Bangs, & Electric Grenades. We also need to purchase & Upgrade a Melee Weapon like the Baseball Bat; the Penetrator will not count.

Final Challenges:
Apart from the Headshot & Multi-Kill Challenges (if you have not done them) it is time to fully complete all other remaining Challenges.

Challenge #39 – Hostages Taken: Take 50 Hostages while driving.
To take a Hostage, you must Hijack a Vehicle that has at least one passenger riding in it. You will then get prompted to take a Hostage & you must drive around for a set time limit & not let your Hostage escape the Vehicle. This is a very tedious Challenge to complete; fortunately for the Challenge, all you have to do is take the Hostage. We do not actually have to complete the mini-game.

Challenge #40 – Carjackings: Perform 250 Carjackings.
Taking our 50 Hostages should also complete this Challenge for you or at least put you very close to finishing it. Simply… Hijack Vehicles.

Challenge #41 – Distance Travelled: Travel for a cumulative total of 762,000m (2,500,000ft).
This Achievement will come naturally & should have been completed by now after doing all the Assassinations, Vehicle Thefts, Collectible hunting, & so on.

Achievement #44 – You’re My Hero!: Complete ALL 41 Challenges.
If you have been following along with the guide, we will unlock this Achievement after completing our final Challenge. Apart from the Gang Specialist kills, none of the Challenges are really missable & can be completed at anytime; they can also be chipped away at during or after the three DLCs…

Achievement #45 – Pimped Out Pad: Upgrade one Stronghold to its full glory.
As one of the final things to spend our Cash on, go to either the Safeword, 3 Count, or Burns Hill Reactor Cribs & go to Stronghold Customization in the Crib Menu. Each Stronghold can be Upgraded twice; Safeword is the cheapest with the first upgrade costing $20,000 & the second $40,000. Max out any one Stronghold to unlock the Achievement.

Achievement #46 – The American Dream: Customize 10 Vehicles.
If you have not already done so, purchase Upgrades for all your possible Vehicles stored in your Garage; you technically only need to buy a single Upgrade. If you do not have 10 Vehicles, go to any Rim Jobs around Steelport & make up the difference by grabbing Vehicles off the street & buy a simple Upgrade for them to finish off the Achievement.

Act 3:
When all of the Survival Missions have been completed, it is time to finish the fight & begin Main Mission – Three Way. There are two separate endings to this Mission, fortunately after we beat it one way, we are able to go back & play it again for the second ending without worrying about Saves…

Achievement #47 – Too Close to the Son: Complete Act 3 in one way.
Story Related. Near the middle of Main Mission – Three Way, we will have a choice to make: go after Killbane, or save Shaundi. For this Achievement, go after Killbane & kill him.

With Killbane dead, we will then go after STAG & completely destroy them; doing this will remove them from the game completely so be sure their associated Challenges & Vehicle Theft Missions have been completed first!

Achievement #48 – Gangstas… In Space!: Complete Act 3 in another way.
Story Related. After beating the game by killing Killbane first, replay Main Mission – Three Way & save Shaundi this time.

We will then get a prelude to the Gangstas In Space movie we will make in the upcoming DLC…

Sequence 13: Genki Bowl VII
1. Genki Bowl Instances: 8/8
2. Achievements: 59/79
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DLC Breakdown – Genki Bowl VII: (10)
Secondary Objectives: (2)
Slay: (6)
Miscellaneous: (2)

When you are ready to begin the Genki Bowl VII DLC, go into your Missions & select DLC Mission – Apocalypse Genki from Tammy to begin. All Activity Instances can be replayed in this DLC, so nothing is missable.

Apocalypse Genki:

Achievement #49 – Feeding Time: Throw 5 Mascots into the water (in a single Instance of Apocalypse Genki).

Apocalypse Genki is essentially just like the Professor Genki S.E.R.C. Activity in the base game. For this Achievement, we need to throw Mascots into the pools of water around the arenas; we have to get all five kills this way in a single run of an Activity. To start, I would just focus on getting this Achievement, it is actually pretty tricky if you have maxed out your Strength as more often than not you will just throw the Mascot over the pools instead of into them.

Achievement #50 – Murder In the Jungle: Finish both Instances of Apocalypse Genki.
Complete both Instances of Apocalypse Genki to unlock the Achievement; the second Instance is located in the Camano Place District.

Super Ethical PR Opportunity:

Achievement #51 – Cooked to Perfection: Roast 50 peds with the car’s Flamethrower (in a single Instance of Super Ethical PR Opportunity).
Our next Genki Bowl Activity is the Super Ethical PR Opportunity where we need to drive the Professor himself to his event. Do not pick him up right away! Instead, drive around in the Vehicle & run over Civilians to build up your Flamethrower meter. Once it is active, slowly drive by (as to not accidentally run people over) & use your Flamethrower on Civilians walking the sidewalk. Rinse & repeat building up the meter & hosing down Civilians to unlock the Achievement.

Achievement #52 – Get Off My Back: Destroy 5 chase Vehicles (in a single Instance of Super Ethical PR Opportunity).
With the prior Achievement unlocked, pick up the Professor now & Surveillance Vans will begin tailing you. Build up the Flamethrower meter & wait for them to catch up to you & destroy them; destroying five is pretty easy to do, but also easy to miss if you just drive around avoiding them.

Sexy Kitten Yarngasm:

Achievement #53 – Storm the Yarn: Destroy a Mouse ATV during Sexy Kitten Yarngasm.
As we… roll around in the… Yarnie during this Activity, keep your eyes open for the little Mouse ATVs that will sometimes drive by us. If possible, save one of your Shockwaves which will instantly destroy it instead of you having to chase it down.

Achievement #54 – C-C-C-Combo Breaker: Cause $150,000 worth of damage in a single Sexy Kitten Yarngasm combo.
This Achievement is unlocked more easily on the Medium Difficulty Instance of this Activity. The Yarnie can also use Nitrous to make going through areas without Vehicles faster. It is also recommended to use all of your Shockwaves in a single Combo for maximum effectiveness; you need to get around a Combo of 80+ to hit around $150,000 worth of bonus damage.

Sad Panda Skyblazing:

Achievement #55 – Flame On: Fly through all of the rings (in a single Instance of Sad Panda Skyblazing).
This Activity will take the most retries for these next Achievements. For our first run, focus on flying through all the rings & ignore anything with the Mascots. If you miss a single ring, try again.
On the Easy Difficulty Instance, there are 34 rings to fly through; if you only grabbed rings & killed no Mascots, you will fail the Activity for not having a high enough score but our Achievement will still unlock so it doesn’t matter.

Achievement #56 – Stick the Landing: Land on Magarac Island (in Sad Panda Skyblazing).
To stick the landing on Maragac Island, you need to land within the small purple smoke ring in the center of our landing spot. Like we did while Parachuting in the Basejumps, carefully lower yourself down over the center of the ring & plop down within it to unlock the Achievement.

Achievement #57 – Cat On A Hot Tin Roof: Kill all of the rooftop Mascots (in a single Instance of Sad Panda Skyblazing).
This Achievement will need its own run of the Activity. On the Easy Difficulty Instance, there will be five buildings with Mascots we need to land on marked by red arrows. When you land on a building, you will have a time limit of only 40 seconds in which you must get off the roof in or you will fail the Activity. If you cannot kill all the Mascots on a rooftop in time, you will have to shoot yourself out of one of the Cannons to escape & get back to that rooftop.

As soon as the Activity begins, fly your way down towards the tallest marked building; it will be the second red arrow when looking left to right. As soon as we land on it, begin chain sawing all of the Johnny Gat Mascots; when they are all dead you will get a message saying Top of Cool or Cleared For Landing so you know they are all dead.

When you are done on this rooftop, we can find the second building down below us facing back the way we came from to the West. Leap off the building & fly down to it to find a rooftop with Saints Flow Mascots on it.

With them all killed, quickly run towards one of the two Cannons at the North end of the building. Get in one, & we will be launched Northwards where our third building will have some Hotdog Mascots on it; be careful not to overshoot this one & go beyond it accidentally.

Use the Cannon on the South East side of this building now to get back into the air, & immediately start flying towards the red marker on our right to reach the fourth building; you may need to land on some Angry Tiger Balloons to get launched up high enough. This rooftop will have a bunch of Bottle Mascots on it.

Run to the Cannon on the South East end of our current building & immediately begin flying South to land on the fifth & final building across from us where we can find some Furry Mascots.
If you successfully cleared all five rooftops, our Achievement will unlock after killing the final Mascot.

Achievement #58 – Genki Bowl Champ: Complete all 8 Activity Instances in Genki Bowl VII.
There are 8 Instances (two for each Activity) that we need to complete to finish the Genki Bowl VII DLC & unlock our final Achievement.

Achievement #59 – Third & 30: Spend over 30 hours in Steelport.
Unless you have been speed running the game, this Achievement will come to us at some point during our DLC playthroughs, unless it has unlocked for you already. Time is logged during actual gameplay & not in any menus. If you 100% the game & still haven’t hit 30 hours, just leave your game on idle (not in a menu) to log the missing time.

Sequence 14: The Trouble With Clones
1. DLC Missions: 3/3
2. Achievements: 69/79
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DLC Breakdown – The Trouble With Clones: (10)
Story Related: (3)
Secondary Objective: (1)
Slay: (6)

Note that for this DLC, the Missions are NOT replayable meaning that if you do not get all the applicable Achievements during a DLC Mission, it will technically be void forever & you would have to start a New Game! Because of this, always Save your game before each DLC Mission in case you mess up & need to try again; reloading Checkpoints also works if the Mission is still ongoing.

Weird Science:
When you are ready to begin this DLC, & have Saved, begin the DLC Mission – Weird Science.

Achievement #60 – B.A.M.F: Defeat 15 enemies at Technically Legal using only melee attacks.
A little ways in to the Mission, we will get the objective to go to Technically Legal. After we interrogate the owner, our objective will switch to having to wait for Jimmy to arrive while waves of Police will come after us. At this point, switch to whatever Melee Weapon you currently have & begin using it to kill the cops; kill 15 of them to unlock the Achievement.

Achievement #61 – Public Enemy #1: Destroy 45 Police & Swat Vehicles while protecting Jimmy's car.
When Jimmy finally arrives after the waves of Police stop, we will need to enter his car & protect him as he drives us away. Switch to the Annihilator & open fire on any & all Police Peacekeepers & SWAT Lockdowns that come after us. This is not actually very hard to do as this section is unfortunately long; parked Vehicles also count as well.

Achievement #62 – Weird Science: Complete Mission Weird Science.
Story Related. The “Jimmy drive sequence” is insanely difficult & buggy, what is worse is that it is “unfortunately long”. Jimmy gets the car stuck very very often & will not be able to get himself out which typically means death; this part took me around nine whole attempts because Jimmy would drive in between a small wall & a building & get himself stuck. Be patient, & with a lot of luck, you will get to the Missions end. When it is done, its done.

Tour De Farce:

Achievement #63 – Eye of the Bee-Holder: Spray 25 Rabid Fans with the Swarmitron.
At the beginning of the Mission, we will drive to a Planet Saints & have to ward off Rabid Fans from the building using the Swarmitron Gun. Rabid Fans will begin charging the stage & all you have to do is take them out; we need to defend two Planet Saints events & there will be well over 25 Rabid Fans across them.

Achievement #64 – Sting Operation: Destroy 5 Steelport Guard Vehicles during Mission Tour de Farce.
This is almost a Story Related Achievement as there are exactly 5 Steelport Guard Vehicles that come after at the second Planet Saints event & we must destroy them with an Annihilator to continue.

Achievement #65 – Tour de Farce: Complete Mission Tour de Farce.
Story Related. Fortunately, this Mission is way quicker & easier than Weird Science; complete it to unlock the Achievement.

Send In the Clones:

Achievement #66 – Supaa-Excellent!: Shoot down a Helicopter with a Saints Flow fireball.
When the Mission begins, we will be given an irradiated Saints Flow that will give us super powers; one of them, is the ability to shoot infinite fireballs. When we reach the Apartment Crib for our first objective, we will be ambushed by Police & a Helicopter will hover just above us; take it out using a fireball to unlock the Achievement. There will be a couple opportunities to unlock this Achievement during the Mission…

Achievement #67 – Send In the Clones: Kill a Brute using only melee damage while under the influence of Saints Flow.
When we reach our second objective at the Planet Saints, Morningstar will arrive with two Mini-Gun Brutes. Do not shoot any fireballs at them & instead run at one & beat it down using only your Fists to unlock the Achievement; more trucks with Brutes will arrive so you have a few attempts.

Achievement #68 – The Johnnyguard: Prevent Johnny Tag from taking damage on the Magarac Bridge.
This can be a tricky Achievement & may require you to restart the Checkpoint a few times. For our final objective, we need to link up with Johnny & Pierce at the Magarac Bridge. Defeat the Steelport Guards & our Saints Flow powers will wear off.

Enter into the Helicopter that will fly down & we will be tasked with defending Johnny using an Annihilator; this is where the Achievement kicks in. He cannot take any damage or we will need to restart from the last Checkpoint. If he does take damage, you will know because his green shield health bar will drop a bit, immediately reload your Checkpoint. If you wait too long, the Mission may end & you will have to repeat the entire thing.

I am unsure which attacks actually registers or how much damage it takes to register… damage to Johnny, as I saw him taking multiple rockets & bullets without his health dropping at all. I think you can’t let the same Vehicle hit him 3-4 times or that he just can’t take a certain amount of cumulative attacks before he takes damage.

The Achievement will unlock at the end of the section if you were successful. If you finish the Mission without it unlocking, you will have to reload your last Save & replay the entire thing again to give it another go…

Achievement #69 – My Pet, Monster: Complete all 3 Missions for The Trouble With Clones...
Story Related. Defending Johnny is the final section of the Mission; completing it will end the DLC.

Story Related: (3)
Missable: (2)
Collectibles: (1)
Slay: (4)

Similar to the last DLC, we only have one shot per Mission to get all the Achievements or we will need to complete them all on a new playthrough. Be sure to Save before starting any Mission in case you mess up & need to reload.

Faster, More Intense!:
In this Mission alone, there will be Cameramen around on set that we need to kill for the Union Buster Achievement. Between take one & take two, the same Cameramen will respawn so you can kill them over again. Try killing all possible Cameramen in take one & in take two before going to rescue the Amazon Princess each time.

Achievement #70 – I Do My Own Stunts: You parachuted in on the second take & stuck the landing.
After we do the first take, we will start the second take & begin inside a Helicopter. When we jump out & begin parachuting, we will see a Basejump Landing Zone. Land inside of it to unlock the Achievement; we just need to land in the target zone, there is no smaller inner circle we need to aim for.

Achievement #71 – Union Buster: Kill 15 Cameramen.
Keep your eyes open for Cameramen as we playthrough the Mission, do not rush as there is no time limit. When you spot one… kill them; Cameramen also respawn between takes, so you can kill the same ones over again.

Achievement #72 – First Contact: Destroy all 20 enemy Spacecraft during the chase scene.
After the Eagle you escape on with the Princess crashes, you will enter a Bulldog & have to outgun the Steelport Guards who chase you. Halfway through the chase, Amazon Spacecraft will arrive & take over the chase; you must destroy every single one of them! The Achievement is more stressful than it is as aside from the first two, we will encounter the Spacecraft one at a time & they do chase us making it easier.

We destroy the first 10 Spacecraft before the scripted “jump” & the last 10 afterwards; the last 10 are a bit of a jumble & come at us in groups.

Hanger 18 1/2:
Unlike the other DLC Missions, we have Collectible Clapboards to find on this one…

Clapboard #1: When the Mission begins, we will be walking through the set before the shoot with the Amazon Princess. As we enter the first set, we will see a crashed plane; the first Clapboard will be in front of it (they are very obvious).

Clapboard #2: Head up the stairs to the rooftop of the first set & we can see the next Clapboard directly ahead of us in front of a car being strung over the roof’s edge.

Achievement #73 – Warrior Princess: Kill 7 Space Amazons with Melee attacks.
After we pass through the first backstage area, we will enter the actual shoot. Here we will be fighting the Space Amazons; for the first 7 we come across, swap to your Fists & beat them down to unlock the Achievement.

Clapboard #3: After we finish the shoot, we will enter into the second backstage area. From where we exit, there will be a bedroom set right in front of us; approach it & we can find a Clapboard inside a doorway to our left.

Clapboard #4: Carry on around the corner in the backstage area & there will be a pink boxing ring set off our right. Hop up into the ring & we can find the next Clapboard in front of an open crate with a question mark on it.

Achievement #74 – Pew! Pew! Pew!: Kill 35 Space Amazons with the Laser Pistol.
You should be well over 2/3 of the kills you need for this Achievement when you reach the second shoot. Though we get the Auto Laser SMG, switch back to the Laser Pistol & make sure you kill the Space Amazons with it until we unlock the Achievement.

Clapboard #5: Once you reach the third backstage area, will enter into a replica set of Zimos’ Crib. Head over into the kitchen area of it & we can find our next Clapboard.

Clapboard #6: When we leave Zimos’ Crib, we will enter a set with a strange robot off our left. Head in behind that robot & we can find our final Clapboard beneath it.

Achievement #75 – Light! Camera! Action!: Collect all 6 hidden Clapboards.
If you were following along with the guide, we will unlock this Achievement after collecting the final Clapboard.

Achievement #76 – Xenaphobe: Kill Space Brutina.
Story Related. Near the end of the Mission, we will be unable to progress unless we defeat Space Brutina… so defeat her.

That’s Not In the Script!:

Achievement #77 – Revenge of the Navigator: Destroy 10 enemy Spacecraft with the Aegean while filming.
There are more than 10 Spacecraft to kill during this Mission. While we attack & defend the Transmitters, we will be attacked by Amazon Spacecraft & small hover droid things, kill any & all you come across & you should unlock this Achievement after defending 2/3 Transmitters.

Achievement #78 – Do A Barrel Roll!: Perform all 3 Vehicle stunts with the Aegean.
Story Related. We complete the first two of three Vehicle stunts with the Aegean before dealing with the second Transmitter. After we deal with the third & upload the virus, the Aegean’s controls will get wonky & we need to perform one final stunt; do it to unlock the Achievement.

Achievement #79 – C-List Celebrity: Complete all 3 Missions for Gangstas in Space.
Story Related. Complete the final Mission & we will unlock this Achievement.
Conclusion:
Saints Row is a goofy series; The Third is the only one I have actually played. Never did the first two games or the games that came after… I will never play that Saints Row re-boot in a hundred years. But all that said, I find this game hilarious & just very fun to play in ways GTA can’t; Pierce is definitely the best character. It took me only around 50 hours to 100% the game, with a good chunk wasted being idle writing my guide.

If this guide helped you achieve 100%, rate the guide or let me know in the comments. Helps me know if I am doing things right!

Hey LegxcyPlays, Yup, for the Remastered Edition they fully removed all Online Achievements including the broken Jumped In Achievement (the one you needed the servers active for). This is a purely offline 100% & pretty darn easy to do. Happy Hunting! :profgenki:
LegxcyPlays May 5, 2023 @ 6:11pm
did they remove the achievement for uploading a character? i remember playing this game right after they shut down that server (or however that works) and seeing such achievement and stopped playing because of it. just wanted to know and see if its worth hopping into or not :)
