Automated Control Block Toggle

A chain of ACBs that let you toggle between two actions with a single button press.

Quick Guide:
1. MSwitch (MasterSwitch) Triggers the whole thing. Set a condition to trigger it or use an ACB Controller to trigger it. (Make sure you replace the Prefix in the MSwitch's Name with something the ACB Controller's Search Filter can look for.)
2. State 1 Action (Action 1) Executes whatever Action you specify the first time MSwitch is triggered.
3. State 2 Action (Action 2) Executes whatever Action you specify the second time MSwitch is triggered.
4. On the third trigger of MSwitch it executes Action 1 again, on the fourth Action 2 and so on.6

- submerge/surface toggle for submarines
- Weapon Deployment/Retraction toggle
