Introduction
Most info was pulled from The Elder Scrolls Online Wiki, ESO-HUB, UESP and in game.

Base game own all the 13 Mundus Stones and there are no Mundus Stones in DLC and Chapter zones. You can change your Mundus Stone by simply going to another stone and activating it. This is the only way to change your Mundus Stone.

In rare occasions Mundus Stones can also be buyed in the Crown Store using Crowns . However, they are very expensive. Without a discount the price per Mundus Stone is 4000 Crowns.

Often guilds do have "guild homes" with all Mundus Stones present, each guild member will have access to the guild house. This is an easy way to change your Mundus Stone without having to search for it in a zone.

Hope this guide would be useful and would make it easier to look up while in game than trying to search separately on google.
Mundus Stones Overview
Mundus Stones in The Elder Scrolls Online grant the player a permanent buff when activated. They use the Constellations of the Elder Scrolls universe to determine their buff. The player can interact with any Mundus Stone at any time to obtain its buff, but only one Mundus Stone Buff may be active at any time unless the player is wearing 5 or more pieces of the Twice-Born Star Set[eso-hub.com] which gives you the possibility to have 2 Mundus Stones activated.

Divine Trait
Divines is a trait which can only be found on armor. Once you have researched the trait on a given item type, you can craft Divines armor by using a Sapphire or transmute another trait already present on armor into Divine by using a Transmute Station using Transmute Crystals .

Items with the Divines trait will increase the effects of Mundus Stones by an amount dependent on
the quality of the item. Each Divines piece gives an additional:
