AWVR 777 [Unstoppable]

Descrizione
This is a recreation of the Runaway Trains from the 2010 Tony Scott Film "Unstoppable". Both AWVR 777 and AWVR 767 are built as AC4400CW Locomotives.

These are actually my first ever Diesel Locomotives I have built and posted. There may be some aspects of functionalities that I may have gotten wrong as I either couldn't find any information regarding it and had to guess or I decided to simplify it for the most part since these are my first Diesel Locomotives.
I have tried to make it as close as I could to how this particular Locomotive should actually work by experimenting in "Train Sim World 3".

One thing I wish to add is the Headlight Configuration. I am hoping to try and introduce a way to configure the Headlights for several Locomotives within the DPU System.
If there are any Issues that I have missed, feel free to post a Comment about them.

When Operating both 777 and 767, it appears that while hauling 8 or more freight cars, the Batteries have trouble recharging. Operating with a single Locomotive on their own with no cars allows the Batteries to recharge normally so I am not sure what this inconsistency or problem is. Infinite Electric may need to be enabled when hauling long lines of cars.

Another issue is that when Vehicle Damage is enabled, the Locomotive will randomly damage itself when driving fast along the tracks so it is advised to have Vehicle Damage Off.

The Trucks/Wheels aren't completely mine, but I made heavy alterations to the appearance to try and replicate the exact type of Trucks/Wheels.

The Monitor Displays are also not mine. I used the “Speed” and “Engine Speed” Monitors from the Sports Car Gauge Cluster.

All of the Following Instructions also apply to AWVR 767.

***STARTUP***
Head inside the Cab, and make sure that you flip the "Fuel Pump" Switch.
Next, activate the Switches under the Engineer's Desk labeled with "Engine Run", "Generator Field", "Control", and "Dynamic Brakes".
After these are activated, enable the "Engine Control" Key Button and then hold the "Engine Start" button for 5 seconds. It does not matter what order you do these as long as these steps are completed before activating "Engine Start".
An Additional step, activate the "Cab/Computer Display" to activate the Monitors to view your Speed and Engine RPM.

***MOVING***
To move the Locomotive, make sure to set the "Reverser" Throttle fully forward to 1 or fully back to -1. (1 is to move forwards while -1 is to move backwards. You will NOT be able to set the "Reverser" if "Throttle" is not at 0.)
Next, move "Throttle" towards you. (Make sure you have your "Reverser" set to your desired direction.)
If you have the "Engine Control" Key Button and Engine Disabled, the Locomotive will be set to "Jog" which allows you to move the Locomotive short distances under Battery Power, though the Battery will not recharge until the Engine is Running.

***BRAKING***
For Braking, the "Independent Brakes" outputs a total value of 0.4 for Braking to the Wheels/Trucks based on how far the "Independent Brake" Throttle is pressed.
If you place "Throttle" into the negative range, it will apply Dynamic Brakes which will reduce the Throttle to the Traction Motors and output a total value of 0.4 for Braking to the Wheels/Trucks based on how far forward "Throttle" is pressed.
Both the "Independent Brakes" and "Dynamic Brakes" add onto each other. Having both of them set to the max adds a value of 0.8 Brakes to the Wheels/Trucks.

***DISTRIBUTED POWER***
For Distributed Power, which is Distributing Controls between several Locomotives in the Consist, make sure you configure each Locomotive properly.
Make sure the Engines on all Locomotives are Running and that the "Distributed Power" Switch on all Locomotives on the back panel is switched On.
Head down the steps and on the Shelf to the Right are a series of Switches used for the DPU Configuration.

On any of the Slave Locomotives, make sure to hit the "Enable Slave Mode" Switch. Leave this Off for the Lead Locomotive.

If you plan to have the Lead Locomotive move Backwards while throttled to move Forward, enable the "Invert" Switch. This Inverts the control input. This allows the Locomotive to move backwards when the Reverser and Throttle is set to Forward.
If the Slave Locomotive is facing backwards, make sure to enable the "Invert" Switch as well to allow them to move Backwards when throttled to move Forwards.

Depending on your Consist, if you have Slave Locomotives not directly Coupled to the Lead Locomotive, activate the "Read From Radio" Switch on each of them so the Controls of the Lead Locomotive can transmit to them via Radio.
Underneath is a Keypad to set the Frequency. Make sure that the Frequency on the Lead Locomotive and Slave Locomotive is the same.
The Radio Antenna has a Range of 4,000 Meters aka 16,000 Blocks.

If a Slave Locomotives is directly connected to the Lead Locomotive via the Coupler, you may leave the "Read From Radio" Switch Off but make sure that the "Read From Coupler" Switch is correctly configured and that the "Activate Multiple Unit Connector" Buttons above the Couplers are Activated.
Leaving it Off will read the Controls from the Front of the Slave Locomotive's Coupler while Switching it On will read Controls from the Rear of the Slave Locomotive's Coupler.

Honestly. Its too bad they didnt keep 777 in the AWVR Livery. but then again it was being borrowed by Tony Scott.
We Miss you Tony. Movies were so much more interesting when you were around.
