Description

YOU DO NOT NEED;
roads, sewers, water, trash or fire service for this asset.

You DO need electricity!

If you are not using an electricity mod of some kind, you will need to run underground power lines or underwater power lines to this asset, depending on your situation

I highly recommend the Power Transformer (Power Plant) mod. It is simple, very small, attractive and no wiring required. Just drop and go.

I know there are a lot of copies of this asset that say they don't require roads and such but this one actually does not. I'm using it myself. :steamthumbsup:
