Description
Added 6 technologies each for production, military and society, and cycled 7 levels, to solve the problem of no technology to research in the later game.

Here are the effects of each technology:
Production:
Construction: construction sector throughput +20%
Manufacturing: manufacturing industries throughput +20%
Services: service industries throughput +10%, arts academy throughput +20%
Agriculture: agriculture building throughput +20%
Resource: oil extractors throughput +60%, resource buildings other than oil extractors throughput+20%
Infrastructure: railroad throughput +20%
Military:
Maritime: port throughput +20%, convoy raiding efficiency +5%
Naval: navy offense and defense +20%
Quantity: barracks and conscription centers max level +10 , naval base max level +20, training rate +10%
Quality: army offense and defense +20%
Offense: morale damage +5%, kill rate +5%, provinces captured +10%
Defense: morale loss -5%, recovery rate +5%, provinces lost -10%
Society:
Administration: administration building throughput +20%
Humanities: authority +10%, prestige +5%
Diplomacy: Influence +10%, maneuvers per diplomatic play +20
Innovation: university throughput +20%, maximum innovation investment+30
Economy: minting +10%, maximum building cash reserves +20%
Trade: convoys capacity +10%, trade competitiveness +25%

@Lex_535: do the changes need to be applied just to building_group_bg_XXX_throughput_mult OR all XXX_throughput_mult lines? There are many other lines with _mult in them. Thanks!

there is a bug, all of Production tab no longer have effefts + Administration in Society, to solve this you need to change the values from building_group_bg_XXX_throughput_mult to building_group_bg_XXX_throughput_add , work all good on my custom version, also is the 60% oil for balancing? Have a good day

it should be in base game to have 'infinite' tech like in civ6 so that your research still have a purpose

This desperately needs an update: just for one example, the Administration techs no longer have any actual effect listed on them; additionally, the DLC additions of Companies means the either the Trade or Economy techs need to take that new feature into account.
