A classic gmod map created out of boredom =)

Custom assets are used in this map.

Now i know, ht make 3d skyboxes

But now idk, ht make hints and area portals

Features:

NOW WITH AI NODES AND NAVMESH!!!

Breakable columns and enterior
Working gate for trucks and cars
Large garage
A pretty lighting
A lot of sounds (By def. 64, on map ~60)
