Stuff you need to know first:

Multi railcoining
Nailgun magnets
Sawblade Launcher secret (+ weapon)
Projectile Boosting (optional)
Knowing when you need to dash & slide to dodge
Basic knowledge of parrying
Minos Prime attack voicelines (Explained in the ultrakill wiki[ultrakill.fandom.com])

The ways to kill

So firstly, Beast Flesh Prison
then, while the cutscene is playing, place a magnet & all your sawblades
Once this is done, skip the cutscene
Quickly do a multi railcoin while he doesn't do any attacks.
Now, just keep dodging attacks, placing magnets when the last one is about to break and stay as close as possible to the magnets. You can optionally parry some attacks but note that it regenerates 5/10 of his stamina bars (read wiki[ultrakill.fandom.com] for more info)
You can also finish Minos Prime with projectile boosts
Enjoy your 1 restart S time, S kills, C style Minos Prime
