Dr Trager is a ♥♥♥♥♥ the first time, after losing your fingers and "losing him" climb into the vent and push the box leaned on the door as you fall. Dr Trager's going to come out the hallway to the right but don't be afraid, run straight and watch as you clip through Dr Trager for a sec, keep running till you see a door on the left, run in there and run to a double door (CLOSE THE DOORS BEHIND YOU!!!!) run to your left and push the box quickly. Once the door's open, run to the right and hid in a locker till you hear Dr Trager walk away. After that run till you find his office (you'll see an opening with a key in the room) Once grabbing the key run back over the desk (Dr Trager will be chasing you) find a double door with a desk under it. Climb the desk and jump over the open pane of glass. You'll notice you're back in the starting area, now run back to the door you pushed open and get in the elevator.
