Just edit and use layers to make your own with paint.net . As you own the truck, you have other templates for other cabs and it comes also with a skin pack for other examples.
I can understand but what's difficulties that you meet about making a skin? As you have the template and internal name (cruise), no need of anything else as you can edit tobj files with ModsStudio2.
The paintjob here has been made with paint.net and merged colors. Impossible to change or move lines on this paint. It's a one-shot job.
