AWVR 1206 [Unstoppable]

This is a reskin of the Old SD-38 Template. I did not create the actual build but I have converted it into the livery based off of the SD-40 Locomotive "1206" from the movie "Unstoppable"

I revamped a few parts such as adding new Couplers, adding new Trucks/Wheels from the American Locomotive Truck Preset Pack which I lightly edited, and some other minor changes.
