[request] Freeze:o.p ice spell

I know what would make for an OP left and right handed spell: sun dial. You can adjust how long it takes for you to fall off a building via self cast, or cast it on a structure so you control how long it takes for a building to fall. You can use it to freeze your enemies in place, then age them forward to the last year of their life, or all the way to their birth, or just turn them to dust if ya want to, and sun-dial can even enchant weapons; making them have infinity damage and turn an enemy instantly to dust.

I was hoping for a Ice blast Like Subzeros from Mortal Kombat that hits causes a frost damage .,and turns to ice like the shout that can be fired from Hands

@soulgriffon well i made a race mod that uses that as a default spell download the mod and add the spell through the console

I want a spell like this except all it does is turn the enemy into an icicle and does no damage, Kind of like the shout that does it but in spellform

Incidentally - how did you get that menu system? I don't like the one I'm using, and I'd love one that's managed by tabs instead.

Here is a better one. Make an illusion spell that hides you in a shodow cloak that makes you invisible to everyone.

How about an awesome Fire spell that kills instantly.
