Features
  • Leave your realm behind and conduct a migration to a foreign duchy. Works similar to the Mogyër Confederation in 867.
  • The new player-only casus belli is unlocked via decision. You may upgrade the casus belli in several ways:
    • increase cultural acceptance
    • convert county culture / faith
    • target entire kingdoms instead
  • Choose a successor to your old realm via character interaction.
  • You get to keep any held head of faith titles.
  • Two available game rules: Story & Sandbox (less restrictions).
  • In-game encyclopedia entries.

While technically it isnt restricted, you have to get to a certain prestige level, and it takes absolutely forever to get the proper amount of prestige and piety to convert the people when you migrate.

@Alligator Thank you for the suggestion, but the idea behind this mod is to make migrations as unrestricted as possible. The AI can not make use of the casus belli anyway and you can simply choose not to use it as well.

I like to use it as a way to start a new game within a still running game, which is also why it is not tied to a government form.

is there any chance that you can add certain game rules to this mod?

invasions:
every government type can invade (default)/
only tribal rulers can invade
".

I'll tell you what, it just seems strange to me that the holy roman emperor is willing to migrate to some god-forsaken land in iceland. If the player has the chance to customize the gamerules using the mod, and if he has the choice to have this mod be more or less restricted, I think the mod will be more fun.
