Karakuri Castle

Description
Explores found a 1000-year-old ancient Japanese castle, that is the castle built by Samitsu Lichiemon, the great engineer of the Edo period. This castle hid a lot of his gold but be aware, there are many deadly traps and puzzles in this place, a few missing can bring you to death!!

This is my last project of 2022, After a lot of bugs in abandoned mine, I decide to use very few of lua script in this room to decrease the risk, but if still a lot of bugs (I think sure) you can also leave feedback in Bug Report. I’m still finding time to fix an issue in my old room.

Try not to throw any items on the floor. It may disappear. Still in the process of finding a solution to fix it.

The trap part is maybe a little hard but I’m sure there is a way to beat it all.

Great! Dragon controls were kinda tedious, and I didn't even realize the final bit was a puzzle and apparently just got lucky and guessed the correct one out of 4. But really cool!

Some really inventive puzzles, and a great theme. Also some really clever ideas like the secret door

My only quibble is that the final puzzle felt a little anti-climactic, and the text on the sign was quite hard to read

Didn't have a lot of fun, altough the puzzles were quite creative and the setting well done. But especially the dragon controls were frustrating.

A really great room. For some reason, I had to keep trying to put the fan on the area to summon the raft multiple times before it worked, but other than that, no problems. Definitely a must play!!!

This room is truely awesome. Not too difficult, yet very entertaining. Loots of puzzle, the idea of traps is great ! And the ambiance is very nice . I recommand !

This escape room took up so much of my time...and every minute was worth it. Loved the atmosphere of feudal Japan, nods to the culture and religion of the time, and enjoyed the Tanabata tale. I've never encountered an escape room with traps before; although after a handful of tries, I was able to get past them, I appreciated the button that allowed those of us with poor reaction times to disable them if necessary. I was a little confused by the dragon orientation puzzle, and solved it purely by chance. I also didn't realize that the Buddha puzzle figurines were supposed to be connected by white, rather than black, lines. Otherwise, what a thorough and satisfying escape room. Thank you for making it, Namo!

I don't generally comment on rooms, but this room deserves to be an exception. Well-paced, full of interesting puzzles, and just the right amount of challenging without becoming frustrating. A must-play room, for sure!

Dragon puzzle too glitchy, the head was going crazy, hard to control, but overall cool map :)
