Title
A Guide To Warden Vehicle Technology.

The Warden’s vehicle forces are the very finest of their class. However, due to the technological complexity of these mighty mechanical murder machines, you may not know where to begin in your mechanized crusade. Or how to operate a vehicle of such great girth. Fear not dear Warden! Just as I illuminated you to the nuances of the Warden infantry arsenal, I shall also enlighten you to the many aspects of vehicle operation, positioning, and combat.
Notes
For your convenience, the vehicle types are ordered from lightest/least powerful, to heaviest/most powerful. When I say powerful, I mean that in terms of raw damage and protection. Different tanks perform better in different situations. I do not cover push guns in this guide, those will be covered in the upcoming artillery guide. If you have any questions or corrections, post them in the comments and I will see to them.
Miscellaneous Warden Vehicles, Trucks:
Trucks are extremely important to the war effort. If not for trucks delivering supplies to the frontlines, we would be sitting in trees and throwing stones at the Colonials. While trucks are mostly the same between factions and models, there are some slight differences between them.

Dunne Transport:

The all-around general-purpose truck. It can be used to transport goods, supplies, or people. The Dunne is a common sight in warden territory and thus, you will no doubt find yourself as the driver of one of these kings of the open road. The Dunne, while slower than it’s colonial counterpart, is much more durable and can take more abuse than the R-1 Hauler. This makes it more adept at surviving partisan attacks. The Dunne can be modified in many ways, which I will cover below.

Dunne Fuelrunner:

A variant of the Dunne equipped to carry fuel. Not much to say here.

Dunne Loadlugger:

A modification of the Dunne that replaces the canopy and cargo hold with a dumpster bed, which allows the Dunne to hold more scrap than the standard model. Other than that, it’s stats are identical to the base model. You’ll usually see these vehicles in backline logistics towns.

Dunne Landrunner:

Another modification of the Dunne that replaces the typical all-round transport vehicle platform with that of a half-track. This allows the Dunne to journey off the beaten path and over rougher terrain than it’s wheeled cousin. This added mobility, however, comes at the expense of speed.

Dunne Leatherback:

Yet another variant of the versatile Dunne platform that makes the truck even tankier than before. This one is pretty straightforward. As a bonus, it comes with a cool camouflage pattern!

Dunne Caravanner:

Less of a truck and more so a bus, the Dunne Caravanner allows you to transport more soldiers to the frontline at once than the standard Dunne. However, this comes at the expense of the cargo hold, which is why most soldiers will opt for the more versatile Dunne Transport.

Dunne Responder 3e:

The Responder is an ambulance manufactured by the Dunne Motor Company. Critically wounded soldiers can be loaded into the back and transported to a hospital. Critically wounded soldiers treated in a hospital produce free soldier supplies so it’s always worth it to collect those who can no longer fight. It also has a cool siren instead of a horn.

BMS Packmule Flatbed:

Designed by the Basset Motor Society, the Packmule Flatbed is able to haul loads too heavy for any of the Dunne trucks. It’s half-track configuration compromises it’s on-road handling and speed, but makes it easier to drive off-road.

R-1 Hauler:

Yes, this is a Colonial vehicle. But thanks to our skilled partisans, you will see no shortage of captured Colonial trucks strewn around the backline. The R-1 is similar to the Dunne Loadlugger, except that it trades armor protection for speed. This can be quite convenient, but I find it to be less useful than those added steel plates.
Miscellaneous Warden Vehicles, Cars:
Smaller vehicles also have their place in the warden mechanized arsenal. While not as powerful as trucks, Their small, concealable frame makes them great for filling some more niche roles.

Drummond 100a:

The Drummond 100a is a light utility vehicle equipped with a radio rig on the back that will allow the driver to collect intelligence on enemy positions within a certain radius of the car. Keep it out of direct fire and it will serve you well.

Drummond Spitfire 100a:

The Spitfire is a modification of the Standard Drummond 100a which replaces the radio setup with a 7.92 machine gun in the back seat. The Spitfire is best used as a mobile machine gun carrier or as a hit-and-run vessel.

Drummond Loscan 55c:

The Loscan is a four seater off and on road vehicle that is also capable of amphibious travel. The Loscan can be used to ferry fellow wardens across rivers and lakes as well as along roads and byways. It is quite fast, only being outran by a boosting motorcycle. It’s sizable inventory is also quite handy for the transport of valuable items. It is not advised that you embark on a trans-ocean journey, however.

Kivela Power Wheel 80-1:

The choice motorcycle of the Warden army, the Power Wheel is best used for light transport of both resources and personnel. I personally like to use it when building defenses in a contested area, as it’s inventory is large enough to hold enough materials to build useful structures while maintaining a method of speedy escape should the enemy encroach too far. The Power Wheel is also able to boost by holding down the shift key, however, this greatly increases the fuel consumption of the vehicle.

Blumfield LK205:

The Blumfield is a bicycle that you can commonly find around towns. They allow you to travel at twice the speed of the standard infantryman and to carry large items without slowing down. The Blumfield is always useful, so if you see one, use it!
Armored Vehicles, Half Tracks:
Half Tracks are lightly armored vehicles that serve to carry large caliber weapons around the battlefield. This added mobility to weapons that are usually stationary serves to greatly increase the capabilities of these weapons. Read more below.

Niska Mk. I Gun Motor Carriage:

The Niska Mk is the standard Half-Track of the Warden army. Any tripod-mountable weapon can be affixed to the vehicle's forward mount. This allows the operators to take that Cutler launcher that’s been sitting at base straight to the enemy! The Niska can soak up a fair amount of small arms fire, however, it is not capable of remaining in sustained fire. Machine guns and explosives are an especially large threat to the vehicle. So be cautious and wreak havoc when your enemies least expect it!

Niska Mk. II Blinder:

The Blinder is a modification of the standard Mk. I Gun Carriage with a 68mm cannon pre-mounted. Being based on the Niska Mk. I, the Blinder is a glass cannon, being able to dispense large amounts of damage to enemy vehicles, but not being able to take much damage of it’s own. So the Mk. II serves best as a support vehicle, supporting more heavily armored vehicles that can protect it. Infantry support is also a must as the vehicle is vulnerable to flanking. Keep these things in mind and you’ll be punching through Colonial steel in no time!

Niska-Rycker Mk. IX Skycaller:

Have you ever wanted to rain hellfire upon the Colonial scourge from a safe and secure location? Well the Skycaller is for you! Armed with 17 incendiary rocket tubes, the Skycaller is a most capable artillery platform that can reduce enemy fortifications to rubble with just a few rocket salvos. Keep in mind that the vehicle does not have an inventory capable of storing any meaningful amount of rockets, so you will need to either stay close to friendly ammunition sources, or have a logistics team supporting you. Despite this flaw, the Skycaller is still the premier merciless retribution dispensing platform.
Armored Vehicles, Armored Cars:
I often see armored cars misused on the battlefields of Cavoia. Inexperienced crews will often treat them like tanks, especially the O' Brien 112 because of it's tracks. The truth is, an armored car isn't all that armored. It will protect you from small arms fire, but not much else. Machine Guns, HE grenades, tank mines. All of these things and more will pose a significant threat to your vehicle. If you wish to seek your place among Cavoia's best drivers, keep reading.

O' Brien V.110:

The O' Brien V.110 is a very rudimentary armored car. It sports a dual 7.92 machine gun in the turret which does decent damage to infantry and can destroy light structures with prolonged fire. The 111 is best put to use in the most textbook armored car strategy way. Keep moving, don't get shot!

O’ Brien V.113 Gravekeeper:

The Gravekeeper replaces the machine gun in the turret with a Bonesaw launcher, affording the O’ Brien greater anti-armor and anti-structure capabilities. So blow up things the infantry can’t and let them cover you from smaller threats.

O’ Brien V.101 Freeman:

The Freeman is another O' Brien product that allows for the use of a 40mm cannon in harrier situations than a push gun. The increased armor and freely rotating turret afford it unmatched versatility in it's class. Most drivers opt to drive the Freeman backwards into battle, both to eliminate the cannon's (admittedly small) blindspot and to make it easier to escape from a fight if the fight isn't going your way.

O’ Brien V.190 Knave:

The original O’ Brien fighting truck. It is mounted with two heavy grenade launchers on the rear turret. This allows it to fire the powerful Tremola HE grenade, along with others. The same tactics apply here as they did with the Freeman. Although you will need to engage at closer distances to take full advantage of the grenade launchers.

O' Brien 121 Highlander:

The 112 is a modification of the earlier mentioned O' Brien 111. It converts the armored car body and chassis into one reminiscent of a tank. This allows the vehicle greater mobility off the road. However, do not treat it as a tank. It's armor is still incredibly thin, use it as an armored car, just with more mobility. I find it best to use in a defensive role, due to it's compromised speed.

O’ Brien V.130 Wild Jack:

The Wild Jack, a variation of the Highlander, was created as a more effective Colonial melting vessel. It’s freely rotating turret allows the Wild Jack to freely dispense flames in all directions. Use similarly to the other armored cars, in a hit-and-run fashion.
Armored Vehicles, Scout Tanks:
These relatively dated tanks have been recently recommissioned in the wake of the current war being waged across Cavoia. Scout tanks are extremely vulnerable armored vehicles that have good armor, but low survivability. More information below:

King Spire Mk. 1:

The King Spire is a bare-bones light tank that has been fitted with a radio transmitter to relay information about enemy positions to your allies. The Spire has a mounted version of the Mk. 2 in the turret that has similar statistics to the normal infantry version. It's best to use the Spire as an infantry fighting vehicle, be bold and aggressive, but if anti tank weaponry comes out, you'd best run.

King Gallant:

The King Gallant is another Scout Tank of the Warden arsenal more equipped for direct combat. It’s 30mm gun won't make any big dents in enemy armor, but will send infantry running!

Note that the King Gallant is not equipped with a radio antenna and is not able to collect map information.
Armored Vehicles, Light Tanks and Variants:
Medium Tanks are some of the most numerous and versatile tanks you will see across Cavoia. They are similar to cruiser tanks, however they trade increased speed for thicker armor and a smaller frame. In the realm of moderately armored vehicles, the Mediums are for those who fight more aggressively, but still need more mobility than an assault tank offers.

Devitt Mk III:

The Devitt is a well-rounded light tank that can do a little bit of everything. Similar to the Gallagher Highwayman, the Devitt lives and dies by it's positioning; you won't last two seconds facing a Spatha head-on, but if you have superior positioning, you will have a higher chance of coming out on top.

Devitt Ironhide Mk IV:

The Ironhide is one of the simplest modifications out there. It trades top speed for improved off-road mobility.

Devitt-Caine Mk IV MMR:

This useful modification of the Devitt replaces the 40mm cannon with a Caine mortar, similar to the Cremari infantry mortar except more accurate and heavier. The Devitt-Caine allows the users to unleash a relentless barrage of explosive ordinance upon the Colonials thanks to it's extended ammo reserve and easy repositioning. Keep in mind that the turret is open top, so if the enemy decides to counter you attacks with mortar shells of their own, you'll be in quite the predicament!
Armored Vehicles, Cruiser Tanks
Cruiser Tanks are like the army equivalent of a sports car. Swerving through the hail of bullets with ease, outflanking their enemies with matchless finesse. Yes, the cruiser tank is a true marvel of Warden engineering.

Gallagher Outlaw:

If the Dunne Transport is the king of the open road, then the Gallagher Outlaw is the king of off the road. Sporting a balance of speed, armor and firepower; the Outlaw will make any Collie's day significantly harder by constantly pelting them with 40mm shells. Thanks to the thicker armor sported by the Outlaw, it's able to go further into enemy territory and do more damage than the lighter tanks in the Warden arsenal. The Outlaw also features a burst gun mounted in the hull for added offensive capability.

Gallagher Highwayman:

The Gallagher Highwayman is mostly similar to the above mentioned outlaw, however, it replaces the 40mm cannon with dual 20mm cannons and adds a full machine gun in the commander's cupola which only adds to the vehicle's survivability. The Highwayman is useful in supporting your fellow tanks by pelting the enemy vehicles with constant damage.

Gallagher Thornfall Mk. IV:

The Gallagher Thornfall is a rather uncommon modification of the Outlaw which converts the vehicle into an infantry support role, replacing the 40mm gun with a 7.92 storm gun moved from the hull, and a rack of eight Bonesaw launchers on the back of the turret. As previously mentioned, this tank's equipment is best put to use in supporting your foot soldiers. Break down defenses with the Bonesaws, suppress defenders with the storm gun, and let the infantry do the rest.
Armored Vehicles, Assault Tanks and Variants:
The Assault Tanks are heavily armored medium tanks that field large guns. They are behemoths of the battlefield, routing out the enemy and crushing their defenses with unforgiving efficiency. If you need something, anything blown up, call an Assault Tank.

Silverhand:

The Silverhand is a mighty beast of a tank that strikes fear into the hearts of those unfortunate to cross paths with it. Sporting a 40mm cannon in the turret and a powerful 68mm in the hull, the Silverhand is not to be trifled with!

Silverhand Chieftain:

A slight modification of the Silverhand, replacing the 68mm AT gun with a 250mm siege mortar and the 40mm gun with a 12.7mm dual machine gun. This converted the forward-lines, combat focused Silverhand, into a more tactical, slow, destructive force. The Chieftain is not to be used in tank versus tank combat. Instead, it should be used as a demolition vehicle to destroy enemy structures. The 250mm shell launched by the siege mortar in the hull can destroy buildings with just a few shots and the 12.7mm machine guns in the turret can put the brakes on any Collie who tries to stop you. All in all, the Chieftain is the premier devastating destruction device.

Armored Vehicles, Destroyer Tanks:
Is there a tank outside your bunker base that's giving you trouble? Is there a gaggle of Collies chucking grenades at your wall? Well there won't be once the Destroyer Tank rolls up. The destroyers are built to, well, destroy! Whether it be armor or flesh, the Destroyer Tanks will shred right through it!

Noble Widow XIV:

The Noble Widow is a capable platform that carries a 68mm gun. This makes it greatly capable of defending key positions from even the strongest of encroaching tanks. The lack of a turret and wide base however make it less than maneuverable and quite a chore to move from place to place. However, when positioned correctly, nothing can hide from the Widow!

Flame Widow XIV:

The Flame Widow replaces the large 68mm gun with a flamethrower. Turning the Widow into an infantryman's worst nightmare. The Widow lumbers down city streets, sweeping out Colonials left and right, reducing their defenses to ash, leaving only a path of destruction in their wake. The flamethrower requires that the tank engage targets in much closer proximity than it's 68mm cousin. Make sure that your area of engagement is free of enemy Anti-Tank weapons or enlist the help of a fellow tank in your ventures.
Armored Vehicles, Battle Tanks:
I know that I've described many of the tanks of the Warden arsenal as a "great marvel of Warden engineering." However, the Battle Tank is, without a doubt, the chief of all marvels. Except for one, but we'll touch on that one later…

Flood Mk. I:

The Flood series are the largest of all standard Warden tanks. The Mk. I houses a 75mm gun in it's turret, along with a 12.7mm machine gun in the hull. The Flood can face off against any tank the Colonials can throw at it and when supported by other tanks, there is no limit to the territory it can conquer!

Flood Ascension Mk. V:

The Ascension is a simple variant of the normal Flood Mk. 1, featuring a long-barreled variant of the typical 75mm cannon, the Ascension can engage targets at longer ranges than the normal Flood.

Flood Juggernaut Mk. VII:

A variant of the Flood built for close-quarters combat. Equipped with a flamethrower in place of the 75mm gun and reinforced treads, with the Juggernaut, you can take the fight right to the Colonial's doorstep.
Armored Vehicles, Super Tank:
This is it. The undisputed, indomitable, virtually undefeatable; Super tank of the Warden Army, the Cullen Predator Mk. III. This malevolent mechanical menace can crush even the most stalwart of Colonial defenses. Mounting a the 94.5mm gun, the most powerful to ever be fitted in an armored vehicle, and two sets of quad-barreled grenade launchers, capable of receiving the powerful Tremola grenade. There is no bunker, no city, no concrete mega-base that the Predator cannot crush. However, it is imperative.that you don't let all that firepower go to your head, the Predator does have it's limits, it is quite slow and non-maneuverable, making it quite susceptible to flanking armor. It will also burn through ammunition and gasoline during it's runtime, so make sure to have a logistics team supplying either nearby bases and towns, or the tank directly. The predator is incredibly expensive to produce, making it a rare sight on the battlefield. Even your's truly hasn't had the privilege of seeing one of these metallic brutes in action! But more importantly, the Predator is a valuable war asset. So make certain not to waste it! If you should ever have the privilege of helping to operate the chief of all Warden tanks, please send me a video! Thanks!
Conclusion
The Warden armored divisions are equipped with the best vehicles in the world. As such, you should consider it a great honor to control these mechanical beasts. I believe that each and every one of you have what it takes to be a renowned vehicle operator all across Cavoia. So hop in that Devitt, roll out that O' Brien and rout the Colonials from the ends of our fine country!

Additional Notes
Some minor stylistic and formatting changes may be found throughout the guide and across my guides. This is due to my imperfect human nature and the transition from Google Docs to Steam. Please let me know if you spot one so I can fix it!

Thank you for reading this guide. I plan to make this into a video soon, I’ll keep you all posted when it goes live.

Construction Vehicles, Cranes and Landing APCs were not covered in that because CVs and Cranes are pretty straightforward in use and APCs will be covered in a naval vehicles guide that I might write.

Thank you!
