I made all the ships small for the simple reason of allowing more space on the map, to be able to do more intense battles and with a larger amount of ships. Yes, I plan to make a slightly bigger version of this addon.
Right now, i'm working with the measures of Crossfield, if a starship is bigger than the Crossfield, he will be bigger ( Jem'Hadar BattleShip is an exception)
