要是能在玩家影响力满了的时候发个通知告诉玩家可以存一下影响力就好了

所以就是把影响力暂时存起来了，可以在法令界面显示一下一共存了多少影响力吗？或者显示一下可以当前存的影响力数量取多少次影响力，有的时候存的久了就忘了
