Config settings should all work now - all the settings should be pretty self explanatory. Find the config in workshop\content\1189490\2824349934\BepInEx\config (Arx.MCS.AllNpcsSpawn.cfg)

Usually I wouldn't go above spawning more than 2000. At that point the game starts becoming extremely janky. Personally I stay at 1500.
