Tutelage

Description
Your brother is the best archer in the realm, but won't teach you how to notch an arrow? Your wife is the greatest steward in the land but won't teach you to read? Worry no longer! With Tutelage, the most skilled members of your party will teach your fellow party members how to swing swords, scout, blacksmith, and do everything else better.

At the admittedly slow rate of 10xp per day per 100 skill points of the most-skilled party member in your party, every member of your party (or other clan members at the settlement you're inhabiting) will increase their skill.

It only makes sense that you'd pick up a few tricks from hanging around such a talented group of companions for years on end, and that they'd learn from you in turn!

--------------
Requirements and Incompatibility:

No other mod requirements, the only incompatibility that could emerge is from something that modifies SkillObjects heavily. Even then, this mod will be compatible with mods that add more skills to the game if the other modder also update Skills. All to reflect their new skills.

--------------
There's a Glitch/Bug with the game after installing this mod:

Just to be clear and transparent, this modifies no game values or function. Hence, no Harmony or Butterlib requirement. All it does, and I do mean all, is add code that does some a couple of loops to figure out who's in both your clan and either your party or settlement, then checks their skills to out the best SkillLevel for each Skill of those guys, then gives everyone with a SkillLevel lower than that some XP using the in-engine .addSkillXP or whatever it's called based on the value of that highest skill level. Hate to say it, but there's literally 0% chance that this mod is causing an error in your game from vanilla, so check another mod first if you're having bugs!
-------------------------------------------------------
This is my first mod, so I hope everything works. Let me know if it doesn't! I'll probably try and fix it. Huge thanks to my wife who taught me how a hashmap works and how to access it, and to the official Bannerlord modding discord.

Any way to turn off the messages? When you have multiple companions It floods my chat with training messages so I miss the world event messages.

May I request a setting so that only people with vested interest in a thing get trained? I'd like to allow it to limit training to people with focus points in a thing. Feels more - sensible to me that way.

You wouldn't teach everyone everything - the fighters would teach fighting to new fighters. The archers to new archers.

Definitely love this mod. I play with the companion limit removed, and set all companions to level 1 with no skills. This mod makes for slow but steady growth and helps to feel like my little band is growing and learning a bit every day.

Do I need to start a new campaign for this?

Love the mod. It works with other mods too such as Realm Of Thrones and Europe 1100

No extensive testing, but after couple of hours, it looks like it works fine with 1.2.8
