Realistic Leaking Barrels

Quality of life script that makes shot oildrums leak oil. Theres a 75% chance an oil drum spawns filled and a 30% chance that its contents get fully drained on hit, it will lose 5 units of mass when draining (full drums will have 35 weight units).

Explosive barrels are affected too, with the exception that they have a 50% chance of instantly igniting on damage or leak flamable liquid which can be ignited by nearby gunshots.

Works with all drums from Explosives tool and Leaked Beta props

ConVars:
-real_barrels_leaktime 5 | how long to spray oil for
-real_barrels_fullchance 0.75 | chance for a barrel to be filled on spawn
-real_barrels_drainchance 0.3 | chance for a barrel to fully drain on hit
-real_barrels_firelife 30 | how long igniteable puddles exist (explosive barrels)
