Expert & Master Mage Hoods

Adds two new custom textured mage hoods beyond vanilla Adept. An Expert hood and a Master one. The Expert having 60 mana and Master having 70 mana. The two hoods are also leveled and Expert will be for sale at winterhold by level 15. Master by level 20. As Adept starts at level 10 in vanilla, Apprentice 5, Novice 1.

An effort was made to make the mod feel vanilla rather than stick out like a sore thumb like some other mods. I made this because there was a similar mod on Nexus called "Masterhood" that was not available for Oldrim. So I looked up a few tutorials and made my own.
