Description
Turns The Hub into a living town with shops, npcs and more.
This mod will make the hub seem much more alive, especially when combined with the shop mod.

- Civilians own land in The Hub
- Trade Ninjas now actively patrol the town
- Tech Hunters own a bar in the Hub
- Bakery + Boot Shop available in town
- Increase in squatters and bandits roaming town
