Roman Empire [OUTDATED]

Description
I was sad that Rome isnt formable nation so i made my own Roman Empire with borders of Italy at the start of the game with Roman culture, flag, and ruler if you have any ideas write them in the comments

all right today i went back to this mod to see its states are tottaly fucked in new patch so I will have a bit of work to repair that

True, but that's where you could lean into the alternate timeline approach and have them have expanded inward a bit to fill the state

yeah but states in africa would be odd becaue Romans had only coastline
