Makes it so shelves do not have quality by moving them from "FurnitureWithQualityBase" to "FurnitureBase".

@foxxy Here is a patch that will remove the quality from buildings added by LWM's Deep Storage.

Hi. Could you please update this mod to 1.5 and disable the quality in LWM's Deep Storage mod? Its modder is currently busy with his newborn so I'm hoping that you can fix it. Thanks.
