[DRAGON BALL] Goku in Jingle Village

'Twas the beginning of the Red Ribbon Saga. Goku had just defeated Colonel Silver as a result of him blowing up his Flying Nimbus with a rocket launcher. In order to escape, Goku finds capsules containing a plane and a robot pilot. He then tells the robot to fly north. Eventually, the plane ends up entering a climate too cold for it to handle, and thus proceeds to crash lands, leaving Goku in frozen temperatures wearing nothing but his gi. Eventually, he ends up being rescued by a little girl named Suno, who took him in to her cabin in Jingle Village. After recovery, Goku informs Suno and her mother about the Dragon Balls and their power. Later on, some Red Ribbon Army soldiers storm in their cabin looking for Goku, who has the Dragon Radar, so they can easily track the Balls for their evil deeds. After defeating the soldiers, Suno tells Goku that the village chief has been held hostage and if they fail to find the Dragon Balls, they will kill him. Goku promises to save the chief, but not until he gets some proper attire for the cold. This wallpaper pictures Goku in said attire, getting ready to storm the nearest Red Ribbon Army base, Muscle Tower.

I wanted to do more with this wallpaper, like extending the background since this is a cropped 16:9 shot of a 4:3 frame, but I lack the resources and potential drawing skills :P
I'm open to any criticisms.
