Update 11/22: Minor model tweaks. Added a color map for the paneling on the sides. Added a Holiday Inn sign prop for the top of the building.

A short change of pace! This iconic mid-century modern "round hotel" design was pioneered by Leonard Lundgren[leonardlundgrenarchitect.com] and used in dozens of Holiday Inn hotels in North and Central America. The very first, built in his native Austin, was the tallest building in the world supported only by masonry. This one in particular was mainly referenced from the former Holiday Inn, now a Four Points by Sheraton, in San Diego. A retro-future design that could fit just about anywhere. (Or at least I hope so. I didn't want to build a whole American city to do proper staging, so I dropped it in my Japanese city.)

The building is oriented toward detailers and is only lightly decorated. Some assembly required.

Looks a lot like this one nursing home that was demolished in 2013 In Rochester, NY

I think it was called St. Ann's Heritage Tower. It was 22 stories.
