1. Make sure track is 5u gauge (5 blocks in between the rails)
2. Make sure there is nothing that may colide with the tram (catenary, signs etc)
3. Place the lift in between the rails, then lower the tram to check if the wheels are above the rails. If not, move the lift and try again
