So, now I'm sure of it, It's not your fault! Not at all...
You're not the first, and certainly won't be the last! It's how the editor works...
Thing is: You won't even get an error, as the missing asset is in your library...
So, basicly, the game itself is screwing with you, as people tell you assets are missing, but when you check, you don't see any problem.
It's best to first publish your props, and add them to the buildings after they appear on the workshop, using those...if you do it the other way around, the game royaly shafts you.

sadly, the Radio Cadena Logo Prop is a private asset, so it won't show up...
