Explanation

Heavy Utility Vest is Outfit Sets who can reduce damage from bullet and explosion. This vest really useful since you can use it as "Crew Saved Outfit" for the Heist.

But you must know, using heavy utility vest make your character can't run fast as penalty. But still useful for close fire combat in some mission.

How to get?

• Go to Ponsonbys. (see images for details)
  
• Go talk to the clerk.
  
• Buy "The Full Body" of Heavy Heist Combat.
  
• Go to the right of the room to access hats section. (see the image to found it).
  
• Buy the "Bulletproof Helmet".
  
• Go to wardrobe at home.
  
• save the outfit using "edit saved outfit".
  
• name its as "Heavy Vest" to make sure you remember the outfit.
  
• now Heavy Utility Vest ready to use from saved outfit.
  

How to equip Heavy Utility Vest at Heist?

Make sure "Host of the heist change outfit selection to "Player Saved Outfit"" so all crew member can use their Heavy Utility Vest from their saved outfit.
