esclib 2.4.3

Description
READ: Please do not use the esclib version from the workshop unless you are willing to put up with the fact that addons need to be updated. I always recommend to use esclib, which comes with the addon in the archive.

This addon is a library. It adds handy tools for developers to create addons. He doesn't add anything new.

At the moment there are:
• addon management,
• client settings,
• server settings,
• creating your own color themes,
• creating language files,
• load manager
• fonts manager
• popup windows (text input etc)
• various vgui elements
• various useful functions.

Пожалуйста, не используйте версию esclib из workshop если не готовы мириться с тем, что аддоны нужно обновлять. Я всегда советую использовать esclib, который идёт вместе с аддоном в архиве.
